The Stone House is a very special hotel. The service in every area is exceptional. We love the food, bedrooms, and beautiful Yorkshire Dales. I cannot fault this hotel and we have visited many times.

Beautiful views nice comfortable, comfortable relaxed atmosphere although I only stayed overnight found all staff to be the most friendly, accommodating and courteous would definitely recommend this and we will most certainly use again

Excellent Experience
Excellent experience with beautiful views very comfortable and relaxing my wife had no appetite but the chef was only to accommodating in catering for her needs my meal was delicious breakfast choice was second to none all staff were extremely friendly courteous and only to eager to help you are all a credit to your profession many thanks

The location and setting of the Stone House make it a special place and even more so thanks to the wonderful staff . There is a warm and friendly welcome which makes a stay here very comfortable.The food is excellent and the general ambience of the hotel is exceptional you would struggle to find a better place in The Dales. Highly recommended..We are looking forward to returning in the Spring
