The hotel is located in the industrial area of Higashi Osaka, and the outdoor surrounding environment and smell are not very good. The indoor facilities and equipment are old and aging, with poor ventilation, dim lights, and a lingering stale smell. There is no hot water kettle or microwave. I called to inquire about breakfast before 8 a.m. and was told that it had passed the reservation and delivery time for breakfast and could not be provided. On the first day of check-in, no staff took the initiative to ask or tell guests how to choose breakfast. There was no communication in English or Chinese during the whole process, and communication in Japanese could only be done through translation software. Guests were locked in the room. If they wanted to go out, they had to call the control room to unlock before going out. The room is large enough and the bathroom is also very large. I can't bear to use it due to the hygienic condition. I stored my luggage at the hotel in advance and the staff took the initiative to put it in the room. Based on the above feelings, it is not recommended to book this hotel.

In Japan, the room is already huge. The room facilities are complete, refrigerator, microwave oven, water dispenser, jacuzzi is very comfortable. There is also free self-selected breakfast and coffee delivered to the room. Traveling can help to call a taxi, although the language barrier, but every waiter is patient and thoughtful. The only regret is that the toilet is a bit leaky.
