Writing second hand on behalf of brother and his wife whom I gifted this. The hotel stay was in celebration of her 40th birthday. I emailed the hotel prior to their stay to arrange a cake, they responded promptly and were able to organise a birthday cake for 15.50€. I was a little disappointed they proved two slices and not an actual small cake, nevertheless I appreciate the ease of communication with the hotel. Location was good by all accounts.

We have never been welcomed as friendly in a hotel as in Posada Terra Santa. This friendlyness, the beautiful rooms and the great location in the middle of the old town made our stay a perfect Mallorca experience. We're happy to come back.

Very clean & neat room. Super comfortable. Aircon a bit too strong for me though. Service staff all very  helpful & polite.  Came out to meet us to bring us to the hotel location.  Thanks

While waiting to check in, I was given a large glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. The room facilities were also very modern, and the toilet had a washlet for the first time. After returning from the trip, a plate of ginkgo biloba, cheese, diced ham and biscuits were given to the room to replenish energy. There is food everywhere when you go out, especially the seafood restaurant recommended by the hotel, where you can enjoy delicious and affordable tapas. Breakfast was ordered from the menu and was very delicious.
The only drawback is that there is no body lotion in the room, and the area is very dry, but after informing the front desk, a small bottle of L'Occitane body lotion was delivered - the shampoo and other toiletries are all from L'Occitane.
