1.房間有個凳子是壞的，很奇怪，桌子很矮，辦公覺得很累
2.紙巾連個紙巾盒都沒有，找紙的時候才發現桌放了點紙，我像乞丐嗎
3.開到酒店停車，地上的線模糊看不清，我就隨便挑個位置停，保安指揮來指揮去，我把鑰匙給給保安，我説你自己停吧，這保安又不停，合著我花錢請保安來當大爺了:）
4.淋浴蓬頭不知道是多少年的白膜，還不撕，留着當古董嗎，淋浴門把手還是壞的。
5.早飯反正就是個飯吧

住了一個家庭套房 準備洗澡發現洗澡間裏的燈開不了 以為沒找到開關 給前台打電話 就來了一個人 搗鼓了半天説那個洗澡間裏原本就沒有燈 完了就走了 然後我們覺得不合理 因為關了衞生間的門 特別暗 於是我們就給前台打電話 但是前台一直不接電話 於是衹能去一樓大廳找工作人員 但是工作人員也愛搭不理的 我態度蠻好的 我問前台三句話 衹答一句 於是我就在大廳等了好久 然後他們的工作人員在我身邊走來走去好像在把一些小東西放進倉庫 等他們弄完了 前台指了一個穿橘黃色衣服的男性 説他去換燈 於是我們一起上樓去了房間 到房間後那個人 什麼話都沒説就去了衞生間 在過了一會兒出來什麼都沒説 就去衣櫃裏把閘關了 房間裏一片黑暗 我爸爸媽媽 尤其是我弟有點恐慌 在過了一會兒 好像是換好燈了 然後那個人把閘開了 於是又一句話都不説就走了 甚至臉上表情充滿了不耐煩 好像我們才是把燈弄壞的罪魁禍首。 我住酒店我就是客人 我是在消費 我覺得我不應該得到的是這麼不好的服務 我並沒有指責你們的基礎設施不好 而且有問題找酒店客服是非常合理的需求 為你們酒店這麼差的基礎設施或是這麼惡劣的服務態度買單的不應該是消費者 我希望你們整改 不然肯定也開不長久 還有衞生也不好 毛巾上黃褐色的不知道是粑粑還是什麼東西 難道你們都不換毛巾嘛 兩條毛巾上都有 以後真的不會再住了 把人的情緒搞得好差 都留下心理陰影了 真服了

設施：感覺有些舊了，不過還是挺乾淨的
衞生：衞生方面還不錯，雖然硬件差了點，但是看得出來衞生標準執行的不錯，要是花灑定期除垢就更好了。
環境：客房環境挺好的，就是我不知道為什麼這邊的窗户都沒有紗窗，可能是因為沒有蟲子飛進來？總之有點不習慣。
服務：服務還好，中間有了點小誤會，但是最後大家都理解對方了，不是大問題。
需要特別説明一下，這早餐雖説是酒店入住送的，可是這也太差了，根本沒得吃，除了能吃個雞蛋，其他的根本沒得吃，品種也很少，與其這樣，説實話真的還不如沒有，我就是提個建議。
