晚上對面有吃飯的，一直唱歌到兩點非常吵，屋子裡的凳子壞了問一個女的服務員要説老闆説衹給一個，問多要一雙拖鞋服務員説屋子就給配兩個，然後去前台要蚊香説沒有，讓我們自己去對面商店自己買。晚上回去以後白天説沒有房卡，然後讓我們在門口等了半個小時服務員才過來開門。服務質量非常差，態度非常差，非常不好的體驗感。

衞生：房間非常乾淨，進到房間裏面也有一股香香的味道
設施：酒店配備多個餐廳，包括中餐廳、火鍋等，選擇多樣，而且味道非常不錯，在這裏也吃到了地道的廣東菜。
環境：酒店靠近當週草原，非常的原生態，在那裡也看到了非常多的土撥鼠

1、淋浴壞的調不了水温和水量大小，讓工作人員過來檢查，回覆是衹能這樣他們也處理不了。2、房間門鎖反鎖不了。3、用房間電話找工作人員，電話欠費停機。

酒店整體環境不錯，旁邊就是露營地，但是存在嚴重的安全隱患，酒店外圍是一圈鐵欄桿圍起來的，房間不能反鎖，而且也沒用監控設施，向酒店前台反應後沒有給出解決措施，晚上基本上沒有睡，很忐忑的住了一晚，淋浴的水龍頭也是壞的，調節不了温度，水流很小，慎重選擇。
