第一次來菏澤！入住這家酒店後，前台服務熱情專業，房間寬敞明亮，智能設備一應俱全。床品柔軟如雲，浴室乾濕分離設計貼心。這樣的性價比絕對會再來，強烈推薦！

相當的無語，這個酒店的前台需要好好培訓，
1、入住當天晚上，前台就找不到訂單，入住辦理了好久。
2、入住時就和前台説把後面幾天的訂單訊息都做到房卡里麪，結果好嘛，天天去樓下前台更新房卡，她愣是三間房的房卡每間房衹做一天的訊息。
3、酒店衞生讓人有種看着不臟其實一點也不乾淨的感覺，套房進門的洗手枱上的空礦泉水瓶一個都沒有收，洗手枱下的紙巾也不收，如果不是看了房間有換過毛巾都很難分辨到底有沒有打掃衞生。
4、最離譜的是前台在第二天早上又沒有找到訂單，注意是又沒有找到，騷操作來了，不聯繫訂房人，直接選擇打電話給我七八十歲年邁的父母，直接告訴他們沒有付房費，搞得兩個長者特別委屈的給我打電話，我當時忙着結婚的事情昏了頭還以為自己漏訂了，連忙又下單付了款安撫了長者。重點來了，今天在家把結婚的花銷都整理一下，發現所謂的沒有付費的訂單其實是付過費的，等於我花了9個間夜的錢住了8個晚上。酒店前台在沒有核對清楚的前提下，又讓我多付了錢。
後期退款的過程也很讓人惱火，太差了，前台一點專業素養都沒有，整個酒店的對接人都像預製人一樣，越溝通越惱火。
