Heyuan Hotels with Gym

Facilities: One of the top hotels in Heyuan, it is worthy of its name, with complete supporting facilities, billiard room, gym, book bar, etc. Hygiene: I didn't pay special attention, but I didn't find any flaws during the check-in process Environment: Very good, it should be the most luxurious and exquisite in Bavaria. The No. 1 building inside and the characteristic earthen building are quite ingenious. The outside looks spectacular and luxurious Service: The concierge work is sufficient, the service attitude is particularly praised, the handling is timely and perfect, very polite and efficient, and they also took the initiative to upgrade us to a room with a hot spring pool for free

there was smoking smell inside the room despite we rested a non-smoking room. the reception staff changed another room for us which was ok. room size was big and the hotel can maintain its standard. there are many eateries nearby. hotel guests get special discount (up to 50%) for body massage on the 1st floor and reception is on the 2nd floor. overall happy stay.

Very professional hotel. Service was great...from the fruit and snacks at night to the delicious breakfast in the morning to thr courtesy gift after u leave..

We chose the hotel due to the fact that they allow pets. The service was very good. People always helped even though is was more difficult due to the language barrier, since our chinese language skills are terrible. Our initial room which was more expensive for had a great view and we were initially very happy until evening came around and KTV singing started. The sound was so loud you heard inside the room. The room was in section A of the complex. The next day we moved into complex B where it was much more quiet, but the room was not as nice. Since the hot spring area was out of service during our visit we received vouchers for afternoon tea instead which was more like a whole meal. Breakfast buffet was great and on the days where there there was no buffet due to only a few guests staying they would serve lots of food to your table. There is also a new walking trail kind of starting behind the hotel complex which offers great views onto the lake. All in all we had a quite pleasing stay.

The location is perfect, and the hotel is very convenient. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Jianji Shopping Center, and 20 minutes to take a taxi or drive to Wanlv Lake Scenic Area. The room is very clean and comfortable, more spacious than expected, the pure white bedding is clean and shiny, and the bathroom is well separated from wet and dry. I especially like the sofa area by the window. It is very relaxing to watch the city night view on the high floor at night. The bedside socket comes with a three-port charger, which is very friendly to people whose mobile phones often run out of power. The service is real, full marks, and several details are impressive: ✔️ The front desk is efficient and actively reminds of the free parking policy ✔️ Fresh fruit plate, milk and cookies delivered at check-in ✔️ 4 bottles of Nongfu Spring (Changbaixue) and fruit plate milk are replenished every day ✔️ The cleaning lady cleans very carefully, and the room is really clean Overall, the top hotel in Heyuan with full cost performance, I will stay here next time I come to Heyuan!

This stay was great! The design style of the hotel is simple and stylish, giving people a warm and comfortable feeling. The front desk brother is very enthusiastic and will take the initiative to ask if he is satisfied with the room. If he is not satisfied, he can change the location of the room. He is very satisfied with a housing experience.

Hotel is relatively new, kept in a very good condition. Staff working at front desk are very nice, a lot of smile, they put us at top floor, level 13, with 2.4m bed, very big, very comfortable. Location at the old side of the city, but walking distance to the highest water fountain. I am sure will come back again next time if I visit heyuan again.

The hotel is located on the 14-22 floor of the commercial building. The check-in cabinet is located in the right corner of the entrance of the building. There is no obvious instructions and no staff to take the initiative to assist. There is only one mobile chair in the double room, which is not convenient for two people to snack in the room. The nightingale attached to the reservation is only millet porridge/white porridge + small amount of steamed buns 😵, no work/cleaning staff 😭😭. Unhygienic. There is no staff in the gym, only a small reminder is posted, children walk around at will, use fitness equipment, easy to get hurt. Compared to its Atour hotel, there is a lot of room for improvement.

The room is spacious and comfortable, and the cleaning is timely. The children like the dolls on the bed. The hotel's surroundings are also very good, and it is convenient to go anywhere. The short-haired lady at the front desk smiled throughout the service, and her smile is very beautiful and memorable. The overall experience is great, worth recommending

The space is large enough, and it is more convenient to bring two children to sleep in a twin room. 3. The breakfast is good, with rich variety, clean and delicious 4. I wanted to stay longer, but the twin room for the next day was booked in advance by a group, which was a bit regrettable. The front desk took the initiative to give the children breakfast coupons, which was a little comforting 🙂 5. There is a Hakka Cultural Park nearby, which is nice for a walk.
