酒店大堂乾淨寬敞明亮，前台有免費的茶飲，停車免費，前台妹妹很熱情，客房阿姨也很親切，服務好的沒話説，不僅熱情，而且效率高，基本有求必應，有一種回家的感覺，住得很滿意！強烈推薦！！

-很滿意的一次旅行體驗, 第一次來合陽, 入住了華住集團旗下的全季酒店, 衞生很乾凈, 前台工作人員辦理也很順利, 需求會得到充分滿足, 表揚一下辦理入住的工作人員, 細心並且耐心引導如何去客房電梯以及早餐用餐事項
-房間衞生很乾凈, 都能達標到優秀, 床品也很舒服, 喜歡全季的洗護備品, 每次一聞就很解壓放鬆

-房間打掃很含糊, 不是很認真, 刷牙的洗漱杯有人體**, 床品上面也有殘留的毛髮, 客房打掃一點也不認真!!!
-前台專業能力素養比較差, 理不清楚再説什麼, 店長態度更差, 已經華住會App投訴了哈, 其他店員ok的, 唯獨一個***工作人員態度也挺差的, 什麼樣的店長帶出什麼樣的員工, 這句話淋漓盡致體現了!
總之女店長歐巴桑態度最差, 這樣的都能當店長可見華住會多麼缺人~

酒店房間的牙刷缸子入住前就是有問題的，退房了這個酒店打電話説杯子客人弄壞的，讓賠杯子，早上洗澡，熱水開了5分鐘才出來，這個酒店的體驗太差勁了

開房辦手續，房卡給我後我上去後房間居然還有客人的物品，這樣的錯誤怎麼能犯，一進門就是掛雙襪子，另外換了一個房間，衞生一般，當時沒心情了，也考慮換酒店的，後來就勉強住下了
