永樂大酒店太黑了，客房內為客人提供的小包爛茶葉正常免費，你店不但15元一小包，價格數字也不寫清楚騙客人消費，你收費就收費吧，最起碼的服務是先提醒客人茶葉是收費的，或者放前台住店時問客人是否需要，這樣在客房內打着擦邊球騙客人消費的黑店出差再也不想預訂住宿了，真垃圾。

服務：新換的前台一個不如一個，説話****一點服務意識都沒有。
設施：房間裏不是忘放一次性拖鞋，就是燒水壺臟的要死，以前經常出差住這，後期準備換地方了。
