Everything was ok except the tv didn’t work in the room it would stay on for a couple minutes then cut off

The wifi don't work my lights went out didn't get fixed for 2 days yet i was not moved on top i still had to pay for them two nights also not worth 15k rewards points a night over price on rewards points 3k should be the price when using your reward points at this hotel if u do, as for Ms Becky or Ms Emily at front dest they are the best and very helpful and for housekeeping as for Ms Crystal she did great with my room cleaning it so I left a tip for her and she was very nice and asked me daily did I need anything

1. NO CLERK ON DUTY – When we arrived, no one was on duty to check us in. We rang the bell, called the front desk, and spoke to the breakfast cook, but no luck. We waited an hour in your lobby for a clerk to arrive. The hour delay at such a late hour caused us much distress, needed sleep, and it was highly unprofessional. 2. BROKEN TV/INTERNET – The TV was not working and would not connect. We had to call the desk clerk to come up to our room and work on it. She eventually left to obtain a different remote, which (eventually) enabled her to connect our TV. Unfortunately, whenever we turned off the TV or it timed out, we we unable to reestablish connection. We informed the front desk (I had to use my cell phone to call her, see #3 below), but I was told that the internet was weird, that we couldn't connect the TV to it, and that we'd have to use our phone to watch anything. In short, the TV viewing situation was not as advertised, it was distracting, and it was a source of ongoing frustration. 3. BROKEN PHONE – I tried to call out, to call the front desk, to make appointments, etc., but the phone didn't work in our room. I informed the front desk, but no effort was made to replace it. So we were left to use our personal cell phones, which had a terrible connection inside the hotel. I had to make several calls from our rented car. 4. BROKEN BATHROOM SINK – The sink in the bathroom leaked if you ran the water for 30 seconds or more. We laid towels down and called the front desk (again, from my cell phone). We were told that they couldn't fix it right then. We skipped showering and getting ready, and simply had to leave to meet our realtor and contractor. 5. BROKEN HOTTUBE – The hottub was broken. Admittedly, this was mentioned up front, but I did not realize that meant that the hottub didn't function at all. Again, one more broken amenity. 6. OVERBILLING – Our room costs $176, but you tied up $276.64. Your unannounced, unexpected additional $100 fee put us in a bit of a bind. Days later and now back in Florida, and I'm still waiting for a reimbursement of the additional $100.

We stayed one night on a road trip. It is an attractive hotel. The room was comfortable, easy access to highway, very helpful front desk staff. Breakfast was ok. The pool was nice but the hot tub didn't work. It was a good hotel for the price. Would stay again.

Our stay in Waco was great. The hotel was clean and the front desk clerk, Vanessa, was amazing! The food was hot and there was a good variety. The pancakes were fun to make and tasted great. Everyone was very friendly.

Had no issues with this stay. Was able to get an extra hour check out, used the gym, everything was clean… Furniture was old-school, but I do not mind. Workers were polite and helpful. Came here for a simple weekend get away. Would not mind returning!
