We had a pleasant stay. The room was really comfortable, the kids loved it. The food was delicious and good variety. The outside area was really good arranged.

Wonderful, nice and helpful staff, comfortable room, delicious meals, wide range of activities for the whole family.

This was our third time, and I can safely say, not our last. This time we brought 1 set of grandparents and even they had a great time. The rooms was spotless, plenty of storage and all you could possibly need when travelling with kids (from tiny babies to teens). The grounds were beautiful, all in bloom and very well kept. The hotel was pretty full but you only feel it at certain times, mainly during meals. We really enjoyed lounging by the pool. My boys participated in challenges, competitions and activities and collected loads of Bobo money :) The food was amazing, as always! I love how only local and seasonal ingredients are used. My absolute favourites are the sauna infusions. I took part in all of them and really enjoyed them, even grandma gave it a fair go. The healing pool in the quiet zone was a nice little escape, too. We had such a good time that we barely left the resort (to show the grandparents Kesthely). We only used the free entry to Bobo fun park once. On our last visit we got 1 full day entry with all attractions, this time it was daily 4-hour sessions but the climbing was excluded from the ticket. You can buy that for extra 3000 FT. The boys loved the trampoline/video game the most. We also had a birthday cake brought to us by Bobo himself! My 7-year old loved it. It can feel a bit overwhelming with the whole restaurant watching and all kids aged 5 and under in Bobo's tail so keep that in mind if your kids are shy :) It was worth the experience. Also, a big thanks to all the lovely staff, receptionists were always so helpful, especially the young dark-haired girl, who very patiently explained everything to me (twice!) :) Everyone is very polite, the cleaning ladies always greet the guests... I can't fault this place at all!!! Just miss a cold plunge after a good sauna :D

Just the perfect place for our family - the kids are having fun while we relax. The thai massage was absolutely perfect, the kids loved the Bobo Fun Park and the pools, the kindergarden teachers are kind and loving, the food is delicious. Although it us far from our home, we came back for the third time

Overall nice experience, but part of the facility needs some modernization. Outside pool area project is just about to start though. The quality of the kitchen is not where it used to be, but biggest pain overall are the outrageous prices in all buffet and bar are simply diminishing any intention to go back.

Great place to visit with kids. Even though the weather was not warm enough to go to Lake Balaton, we had a fantastic time in the hotel. Everything is available you need: pools, fun park, daycare just to name a few.
