Hot spring hotel. Dinner does not include drinks. You need to pay extra. There are few children's play facilities. It is suitable for adults but not for children. Overall, the service is good. The waiter keeps pouring wine for you and clearing the plates.

The best experience had in a thermal wellness hotel. From the amenities, indoor and outdoor pool, thermal pool, fitness room, play corner, a great restaurant and bar. Nice musical moments in the evening. Great service and diverse wellness treatments. The hotel is in the middle of a nice park so there's no traffic around and you can relax in nature either walking or biking.

Отдыхали в Лотусе в 12-й раз и были весьма удивлены новшеством. Каждое утро на завтраке все столы у окна были «зарезервированы». На мой вопрос, как это возможно, все разводили руками. Что за местечковость! Теперь гости разделены на категории?

Das Hotel haben wir nicht zum 1. mal besucht. Essen super, alles Sauber und Personal umwerfend freundlich. Es werden Renovierungsarbeiten durchgefuehrtt, was aber vorher gesagt wurde und mit 20% auf Preis und Behandlungen verguetet wurde. Ich gebe 4 Sterne, weil diesesmal, im Zimmer 275, die Matratze hart wie ein Brett war. Ich bin nicht empfindlich, ich mag harte Mattatzen. Aber diese war extrem. Wie ein Brett, mit bisschen schaumgummi drauf. Habe nachgesehen, es war eine hohe Federkernmatratze mit innen drinnen einen festen Teil wie ein Brett. Ich nehme an es fehlte der Topper, dann waere es gut gewesen. Wie gesagt, es war zum 1. mal so. Bei der Abreise habe ich es gemeldet und wir haben fuer die naechste Buchung einen 50 euro Gutschein bekommen' was ich gut finde. wir kommen gerne wieder, aber dann schaue ich gleich nach und tausche das Zimmer wenn das Bett wieder so ist, weil das war Horror fuer meinen Ruecken.
