This is probably the most incredible hotel I have ever stayed at. Not only were there no slippers and no water, there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste either, not just in the room but in the entire hotel. I was willing to pay for toothpaste and toothbrush but the front desk said they didn't have any 😂

Surprisingly very good! My daughter says it's great! The room is very spacious, with a large balcony. Clean... the bed is ergonomically comfortable. Simply beautiful. The staff are friendly. Breakfast is good. I'd love to come back!

Every morning, the cutlery, plates, and cups provided are consistently dirty, often with visible food stains. I have repeatedly returned unclean dishes to the breakfast staff and kindly pointed this out—your team is aware of the issue, as I have mentioned it several times in person. and when contacting the hotel, they replied back it was not food stain. i mean i was showing it to their employee every morning. and the hotel needs to be controlled on cleaning. i agree wiht the review below, the hotel needs to take actions for giving guests clean staff.
