This is a brilliant hotel, the staff are really friendly and helpful. Room was really clean and beds are comfy with additional pillows available Plenty of room on the car park which is free you just need to register reg at reception Loved the visiting peacocks

What a fantastic hotel! Lovely quiet location, plenty of parking and a restaurant on the doorstep. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The family room was a great size, the beds were out of this world and the bathroom was immaculate! Breakfasts were good value too.

Not the cheapest room . However the room ok and the Shower was nice.( what I would expect from premier Inn) But not having ability to charge phone close to bed .( due to only having USB A sockets next to bed. ) And being charged extra for WIFI that is of a usable speed is pathetic in 2025.

Lovely room with windows that open for ventilation and fresh air. More Premier Inns should offer this basic amenity. We enjoyed a cool and relaxing night's sleep as a result. Additionally, friendly staff and smooth check-in. Would definitely return.

We love staying at the Premier Inn, Hessle, when visiting friends and family in the area. The staff are exceptional and always welcome us like friends. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of free parking. Fun seeing and feeding the peacocks in the car park!

Premier Inn has the good features of a chain - a tried and trusted, predictable and repeatable experience. Comfortable bed, good-size room, pleasant staff, clean and safe-feeling. It's not exciting, but I look elsewhere for my fun. Though this branch did have a number of peacocks living in the car park, or nestling in the window box at Reception, which is worth some extra points! Near the main roads into Hull (but no traffic noise) and a mile's quiet walk from the train station at Hessle.

I am a regular user of Premier Inn and have never had a negative experience until now. Even though I find paying for hotel parking frustrating I always check before I arrive if I have to pay. Hull West clearly states that parking is free. On checkin I was not advised to log my reg number into any system To then receive a Parking Notice for £100 was a complete surprise and the worst form of revenue generation.

Unfortunately booked the wrong night to stay in this hotel so got a non arrival charge applied to our business account, even though a room was taken for the following night's accommodation (which was when the booking should of been booked for). But the hotel didn't both to reimburse the meal package on the night of the no show - so out of pocket. Tried to get an answer on the phone to no avail. Head office won't deal with over charging (even with a business account), you have to go back to the original hotel. Guess we won't be using this premier inn again if this is what they are going to do!
