Besøgte hotellet da det ligger tæt på autobahn. Passede fint med en overnatning midt i Tyskland. Værelset var klassisk tysk indrettet og særdeles rummeligt. Personalet var meget serviceminded og venligt. Dejlig alsidig morgenbuffet.

Nachdem wir im Vorfeld keine Massage buchen konnten, weil kein Personal verfügbar sei, freuten wir und dennoch auf ein paar erholsame Tage. Vor Ort dann die Info, dass der Schwimmbadbereich wegen Rohrbruch nicht nutzbar sei. Ein Wellnesshotel ohne Schwimmbad, ohne Masssge und ohne Anzeichen für eine Preisreduktion, dafür das "grosszügige" Angebot, kostenfrei stornieren zu dürfen. Bei 4 Stunden Anfahrt haben wir dann auf weitere Erfahrungen zur hiesigen Gastfreundschaft verzichtet und sind wieder abgereist.

sehr freundliches Personal, ruhige Lage, sehr großes Zimmer, schöner Pool und Saunabereich und nach einer ruhigen Nacht ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit verschiedenen hausgemachten Marmeladen und allem was der Mensch sich sonst noch wünscht

Unfortunately a member of the staff was pretty rude just to have sit down on a chair that was supposed to be for a group later. Selection of the staff members should be more rigorous or need of trainings how to interact with customers. For the rest, passable.

Wie immer ein toller Aufenthalt während unserer Durchreise.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig und am Morgen nutzen wir gerne den Pool bevor wir uns auf die Weiterfahrt aufmachen 😁
