Very good location. The breakfast was included and it was absolutely amazing: lot of options, delicious food and outstanding quality and taste. It is very dificult to find a good hotel at a resealable price in Telaviv. This hotel is my favorite option when I travel to Israel. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very close to the port of Tel Aviv and there are many restaurants near the port. The front desk service is especially good, like a bang! The bed in the twin room is only one meter wide and needs attention. The room is not large, equivalent to a domestic fast hotel.

We booked 3 nights at this boutique hotel based on the mostly positive reviews on this forum. Our experience unfortunately was not so great. We checked in rather late in the evening at around 8.30pm. We were coming in from the bus station as we had crossed over from Jordan earlier in the day & we were exhausted & hungry. We were looking forward to a few comforts after some hectic days in Wadi Rum. The cab dropped us off on the street out front...there was no doorman so we dragged in our luggage into the small lobby where we were met by Adi at the front desk. He explained a few things & offered us a coffee but we wanted to just get into our room. What I found really strange was we had considerable amount of luggage but he didn't lift a finger to help even me & I was struggling. The room was okay size but the furniture was weird - supposedly designer but just plain Uncomfortable. They provided no baggage racks which meant all the bags on the floor which again is so inconvenient. For any decent hotel this a very normal requirement or at the very least provide a space for keeping big bags. We found that some of the toiletries in the bathroom were obviously used by the previous occupants of the room. The caps were not screwed properly & one of them was leaking. Housekeeping had not bothered to throw them just simply kept them there along with some fresh ones. Disgusting ! The next day I asked for an ironing board. The young girl, I think her name was Miriam looked a bit perplexed at first & then came back after a quite a while with an iron & a dirty old stained hand held board. Made me wonder people don't require irons ? We met the manager Tali the next morning....she wasn't too friendly or hospitable. Miriam was friendly & offered us some coffee. We enquired about a Sim & a Rav card & were told that we would have to look on the street for a phone shop. The location of the hotel is on a buzzing street full of cafes, shops & restaurants so we didn't have to walk too far to find a shop selling the cards. At the hotel they told us that we would have to go 10kms away about 25 minutes by taxi to find a Rav card recharge place. We are very well travelled & that just didn't sound right....the authorities are not going to make the purchase of an everyday travel card so difficult. The guy who sold us the SIM card told us we would find it at the pharmacy next to our hotel. I can't remember the name of the shop but it was literally the next building sharing a common wall. It was that easy....the girl at the counter was lovely & one of the customers in the queue offered to walk with us to where we were going as he was going that way. Didn't Tali know that Rav cards are available next door ? She's managing a hotel & she didn't know this very basic piece of information relevant to all tourists ??? When we came back in the late afternoon we found our room was not made up. The clothes line in our bathroom didn't work but despite repeated requests nothing was do

We just had a really disappointing experience at the rooftop bar. We were meeting our family who are staying at the hotel. Hoping to sit in the outside area with a view. We were told that our 7:30 pm reservation could not be for an outside table because there weren’t any free tables, so we sat inside (freezing cold, high tables with low seats, slow service). When we left at 9:00 pm, all the empty tables that had been there (outside) when we arrived were still empty. Although I understand that they were reserved for later…we could have been offered the opportunity to sit at one for an hour and a half. When I asked why that’s not possible, we were told it takes a half hour to clear a table between guests! That’s just crazy…they will lose lots of money by not keeping tables in use. Additionally, one party member asked for a few more crackers for his salmon tartare, and were told that it’s not possible. English menus were not updated, there were items listed that are no longer served. In short….treat your guests a little more kindly and maybe they will return!

Lets start with the good. Great location and clean, breakfast was very good. I lived in Israel for over thirty year so I am aware of the Israeli version of ”service”. That being said. We made a reservation at the sister property Leonardo beach hotel, with a sea view room. That hotel was then closed (COVID?) so we were switched to a ”comparable” sea view room at the Leonardo Art hotel for the same price. When were arrived we were informed that sea view rooms were reserved for suites only and that we received an ”upgraded” room- well, this room was a small, dingy, hovel. The price we paid for this hovel of a room was therefore outrageous. The desk staff were surly and when I asked a question she pointed to a handout and said ”its all on the sheet”. Another front desk girl was using an old handkerchief to repeatedly blow and wipe her nose while touching the phone, patrons keys etc... so much for hand hygiene during pandemic. How about a stairwell from the 3rd to 2nd floor barricaded closed by mattresses? Firetrap? (see photo) The safe in our room was obviously broken and eviscerated (see photo) Lastly there is very little signage to be able to find wither the back or front entrance to the hotel and the entrance smells like an open sewer. Just sayin... there are many better options on the Tel Aviv beach. We certainly will take advantage of them on our next visit.

Very well located, connected to one of the airport high speed railway station. So one can easily take the train from TLV airport and walk to the reception. Connected to a shopping mall and food court. Overall therefore very high degree of convenience. Room size is excellent (we were of course upgraded), and IHG status genuinely honoured (even if you have booked through points). Our stay experience was enhanced by a gentleman called Pasha. He was omnipresent, and very helpful. When we enquired whether there’s an elevator to the station level, (my wife had a bad knee and was unable to handle steps), Pasha offered to go to the station and check! He reached our baggage in the evening and carried it back when we were checking out. He acted as the Concierge also beyond office hours. Had breakfast in the hotel and found the variety as per standards expected. Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv CC will not disappoint you. The only feedback i have is that the invoice which the receptionist promised to e mail me (she took my e mail id on a piece of paper, although it’s available as I am an IHG member), never came in.

The hotel is strategically located in the center of Tel Aviv, near the Mediterranean Sea. The disadvantage is that the swimming pool is too small. The environment is generally good. The infrastructure nearby is relatively complete. There is a large fountain in front of the hotel.

GGuest UserFirstly just want to say this is unsolicited feedback :) We stayed for one night at the Ritz Carlton through a generous donation of a night of board from an anonymous donor for oncology patients. The hotel provided breakfast free of charge from their side. Having lived in Israel for many years and stayed at plenty of hotels over the years, and having stayed at many 5* establishments in Europe and the US, I have to say the service provided at the Ritz Carlton Herzlia is world class. The staff were attentive to every need, polite and friendly. The facilities are also top notch and the breakfast was simply scrumptious. Service in the restaurant was also fantastic. The hotel is located within the Herzlia Marina area where are also a range of restaurants and a shopping mall. Parking was provided free of charge as part of the accommodation. If you're looking to be spoilt and experience real 5* treatment in Israel, you should seriously consider the Ritz Carlton in Herzlia. Checkout was at 12pm which is later than most hotels in Israel (usually between 10 and 11am). We had a really relaxing time.

I booked a room with a balcony which gave me the option to spend the evening outside. The room is nice and clean, the bathroom functional but a little bit strange being along the full side of the room. The bed is comfortable and they offer a present which, along with the room makes you feel very welcome. The breakfast offers a lot of different international options - for Europeans at first probably a little bit difficult to get the set up and how it is organzied. From the hotel it's a short walk to the very, very nice beach, so you might even use the hotel for vacation. Unfortunately I was here for business and was not able to use as much time on the beach as I should have - next time I will add another day. There are restaurants and shops in close distance to the hotel.

AArie Bhotel managment Behavior of the reception manager at the Saba Hotel in Rozhské Slovenia - Lea My name is Berman Keren and I booked a family vacation with you for the dates 25/6 - 8/7 at the above-mentioned hotel. The reservation was made in June after many deliberations when the location of the rooms was a request and not an obligation. I wanted to state that I would like to get a room near the friends with whom we went on this vacation, close to the elevator and the wonderful view from the front of the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, I was given a room with a view of the wall of the Zagreb hotel in yellow color, very far from the elevator and facing the south side (the warmest). The air conditioner displayed a temperature of about 26 degrees, but we felt a heat of 36 degrees Celsius. And it was like that throughout our stay. The quality of the air conditioning in this hotel was very, very low. I immediately asked to change the room (I immediately sent you an email about it) when I was told by Mrs. Leah (the reception manager) that there were no rooms available, but if we paid 30 euros, they would change the room for us at the same level. Leah also offered to move to a deluxe room for a fee of 50 Euros per day. After discussion, we agreed that if a room on our level became available, we would pay 30 euros and we would move to the room facing the cooler side and it would be possible to breathe. This is how our reception went. On the day of our departure at check out, we were presented with a debt (not ours) of about 17 euros that we drank wine and ordered a food platter at a restaurant on the south side of the Zagreb hotel. I would like to emphasize that we were not there at all. I asked Leah, the reception manager, to see the payment receipt for the aforementioned restaurant and I told Leah that this is not a receipt that was signed by me, and of course I will not pay the payment, which is a debt that is not mine. Leah started yelling that I was lying and she checked everything and the debt was mine and thus shamed me before Everyone present. She also shouted that she doesn't want people like us in her hotel nor in Slovenia. I am very offended. I am a decent and honest person, and calling me a liar for 17 euros does not suit me, but the principle of justice and respect. Important to me. Leah screamed and threatened that she wouldn't let the driver (the shuttle company back to the airport) go and the whole group would stay at the hotel and we wouldn't get to the flight. If we didn't pay, she would call the police and they would arrest me Our room (which according to Leah she already checked with the waitress and Leah knows it's me). The waitress came to the reception and when she saw me she immediately said she didn't see me and I wasn't at their restaurant. Instead of Lea apologizing for defaming my name in public, and after I demanded it several times, she barely uttered the word sorry under her breath and cut off contact with me. I

GGuest UserWe've been there for a week end of May. This is a good place if you need to be around the area or you like go to the beach in Herzliya. It is a very busy area during working days and working hours. It is a high-tech center (Apple is there) and there are thousands of people and cars coming to work there. Good luck if you need to drive in in the morning or out at the end of the work day; you'll need some patience. Hotel is nice, well kept in general, but there are some issues too, as we will see. Room: our room was presented as ocean view; you can see the sea far away between the buildings in front, but that's ok; room was not very big but clean; TV was working ok; there is a small fridge, a kettle, cups, glasses, spoons, coffee and tea. They did room service every day and it was ok. There are LED ceiling spotlights but half of them were burned out in both the room and the bathroom. The A/C is quiet, works well and it's easy to control. The shower had a hand shower and a ceiling shower which was not working and the ceiling of the shower was peeling off as after a flood. Also, there was something weird with the shower: the hot water is fluctuating; it was changing from warm to very hot and back so you had to be ready to jump away not to get scalded. Breakfast: this is a very poor version of the famous Israeli breakfast. Some cut cucumbers, some tomatoes, some very unappealing cooked stuff; bread had no tool to pick-up and everybody is touching with their hands (there was guy that tried all the slices before he picked one - we were lucky to have eaten before). There are some unidentified unappealing soft cheeses in bowls, some feta cheese and a coffee machine that is running out of milk sometimes. Lobby: this is a nice place with lots of chairs, tables and places to sit to have a chat. There is coffee, milk and tea and cookies and dry fruits and even a big plate with a cake. Parking: they have a nice underground parking, clean and it even has background music, but there is something strange happening there: in the evenings and on weekends the parking is half full and most of the cars are rentals (as it should be in a hotel catering to tourists and people on business), but on work days, during the day, the parking is suddenly packed and all the cars are privately owned and not so clean either. So it looks like they are renting parking space during working hours to the people working in the area. And then, if you need to park during the day, they will tell you the parking is full and you cannot use it, as it happened to me once. So it means, that you, as paying customer have no parking even if it was promised to you when you booked your room (parking included), because they are double selling it to other people to make more money. And this is not right.

GGuest UserRoom: Bright (in particular north facing) airy and very comfortable, daily service good. Balcony useful. Bathroom and shower good. All staff friendly and helpful. always happy to assist with large & small requests. Definitely the main reason we will return!! Lounge seating area could have more individual comfortable chairs Parking in basement a must-excellent and clean Pool area well located. Would be great to have much better dining-snack-light meal facility at pool! GGuest UserMy husband and i booked 1 night at the herods herzelya. We arrived at the hotel around 11:30 am and the room was ready and we got an upgraded room with a view on the pool and marina ,so nice from them🙏🏼 .Check in was fast bc i already did everything on the application. Room was big ,clean, and very welcoming.view was so beautiful and relaxing (a must ) The hotel is boutique so not too much people at the pool, bed for everyone which is great. Breakfast is tasty and fresh with variety of food. It will be better if you add the percentage of fat on every cheese. Location is perfect ,on the marina 10 min walk from store and restaurant The few thing they need to improve: Closing pool at 5pm is a bit early, people are waiting the sun down to swim. Pool bar was closed so i had to go upstairs to buy food and drinks. On the hot day ice and water will be great at the pool for customers. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Herods and recommand it without a doubt
