Wir waren im Hotelrestaurant. Der Aussenbereich ist leider nicht wirklich schön bestuhlt, der Innenbereich recht angenehm. Sehr freundlicher Service mit professionellem Auftreten. Die Speisekarte ist ausreichend, die Speisen selbst vielleicht etwas durchwachsen in der Ausfühung. Preislich allerding völlig in Ordnung. Die kleine Weinauswahl ist absolut trinkbar und erfordert für Gegend und Anspruch keine sonderliche Ausweitung (mehr ist natürlich immer schöner!) Für einen Zwischenstopp annehmbar, eine Extraanreise würde ich nicht in Erwägung ziehen. Nochmal aber: Sehr freundlicher Service von J.K. ; )

Wir sind zum Geburtstag unseres Sohnes in den Harz gefahren. Am Hotel waren wir 2 Stunden zu früh. Das war aber kein Problem. Wir bekamen unsere Zimmer zugewiesen und konnten sie dann auch schon benutzen. Die Betten waren voll in Ordnung. Das Zimmer sowie das Bad waren sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es gab auch einen bestückten Kühlschrank. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot alles auf, was man für ein gutes und gesundes Frühstück benötigt ( Wurst , Käse, Marmelade , gekochte Eier sowie Rührei und Bacon, Müsli, Joghurt.......) . Der Frühstücksraum war hell und der Jahreszeit ( Advent ) entsprechend dekoriert. Wir waren jetzt ( ich glaube ) das 5. mal in diesem Hotel. Da wir zum Geburtstag angereist sind, haben wir nicht im Hotel zu Abend gegessen, aber die Speisekarte sah sehr gut aus( bei vorherigen Übernachtungen haben wir dort gegessen, und die Küche war immer hervorragend ). Wir werden den " englischen Hof " bei unseren nächsten Besuchen in Osterode am Harz oder Herzberg buchen.

Großes helles Zimmer im EG mit Blick auf das Schloss.
Sehr schönes Frühstücksbuffet mit leckeren Brötchen und großer Teeauswahl.
Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür und zur Innenstadt sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß.

Ein tolles Hotel am Rande des Harz gelegen und guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das Personal ist an Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit unübertroffen 5*! Das Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant Ben war ein tägliches Highlight, Chef Sie haben es drauf! Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Ansprechende Zimmer (gut ausgestattet, angenehmes Bett, sehr sauber); tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Abendessen à la carte in hoher Qualität. Die jungen Servicedamen machten einen tollen Job und waren top freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Die anwesende Chefin de Service machte eher einen gestressten Eindruck.
