Galazio Beach Resort by Estia

Well where do I start ? Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Transfer from the airport took approximately 20 minutes. We arrived quite late in the evening and George on reception could not have been more friendly and helpful. He provided us with bottled water to take to our room. We opted for a swim up room and it was definitely worth it. The room was large and modern, good sized comfy bed , electric curtains and black outs. There was a kitchenette with fridge , cooker , hob , coffee machine ( no kettle ) plenty of cups , glasses plates and cutlery all hidden behind an electric roller shutter so the room still looked smart. There was a large sofa, coffee table , desk/dressing table and comfy chair. The shower was a wet room in its own little room as was the wc. Plenty of good quality toiletries , robes and slippers . Lots of different lighting options and the most user friendly and efficient remotely operated Air Conditioning unit we have ever had . Large sliding doors out onto our private sun deck with a table two chairs and two extremely comfortable sun loungers. The decking had direct access into the beautiful pool. Housekeeping were also very friendly and thorough, the bedroom and bathroom were kept in immaculate condition. We had breakfast every morning on the upper terrace with great views over the beach and out to sea. Once again the staff were so friendly and helpful. A good selection of hot and cold food, delicious made to order omelettes , beautiful fresh bread and pastries. We only ate in the restaurant one night during our stay and I have to say the food was amazing and very large portions , we had the mixed grill for 2 more like for 4 ! There is a supermarket next door that sells literally everything you need and don't need :) There is a private beach opposite the hotel with comfy sunbeds and parasols , just 5 step into the sea on the soft sand. The hotel is perfectly positioned for exploring , literally a few minutes walk into the town centre , shops , bars , restaurants , car hire next door and a lovely flat promenade takes you a long way up and down the seafront. The hotel is quite small and bijou and is beautifully decorated and very well maintained. The two swim up pools are perfect with easy access steps from the main terrace as well as steps from each room. Cannot fault our stay , all the staff were amazing and the hotel is quite unique , we are going back next September , a testament to a wonderful holiday.

The service provided was great! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had the room attached to the pool. The hotel is walking distance from the beach. There's also a restaurant and a supermarket attached to the hotel. There are lots of other places you can book a tour to visit.

Amazing hotel, wonderful staff could not be more helpful, friendly and knowledgeable - if you need advice about the local area/excursions etc. Rooms were modern and clean - with all amenities you would expect. It is worth paying a bit more for a swim up suite to have pool access straight from your balcony. The beach is a 30 second walk across the road, briliant in-house restaurant and bar. Adriana and Ilias were especially brilliant! Thank you 😊

We had an amazing time here in Galazio Beach Resort, the stuff made our holidays more than wonderful, rooms are spacious and clean, has everything inside. My wife was all the day on the beach which is not more than 10 m from my room. The pool it's surrounded by sunbeds, the design makes you to feel that you are in paradise. Thank you Galazio team.

I recently visited Galazio Beach Resort in October time. I was very sunny but not for swimming. We had great time in Hersonisos. Breakfast was delicious, choice of everything with a sea view. We booked a Quad Safari from them, they have some more excursions like yachting, maybe next time😀 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

The hotel its self it spotless. Its renovated really well. The rooms where we stayed are very small. No room for luggage. The wardrobe enough for 2 people but not 3. Bathrooms are fantastic. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable according to my son who had 10 days on it. Bigger bed was great. The ammenities listed on there website and the booking website are incorrect as there was no toaster, microwave or oven. Overall we thought the room was to small for 3 people. The breakfast was good. My only complaint would be the glass that sorrounds thar area is filthy with stains. We didnt use the restaurant as its more fine dining and thats not for us. The staff we encountered were amazing. We did enquire about a room upgrade and price for that before we arrived to a swim up room but was advised to cancel the booking we had and re book direct with hotel. We didnt take that up and decided to stick with the Triple studio Apt. I would come back and stay at this hotel but not that room. The parasols on the poolside do not offer any shade but the pool was great. Overall i would say its a very good 3 star hotel. Just the lack off kitchen ammenities and how small the room was and the reply to my previous review is the reason for my 2 star review. The inability to accept constructive critisism lead me to change my review. I recieved a reply by whoever from the hotel which was bang out of order accusing me of trying to get free upgrades in my other reviews for where we have stayed and just a all round rubbish attitude from who i would imagine would be thw hotel manager.

We absolutely loved our week here! The swim up rooms are superb! Very well equipped, kitchenette with everything you might need, safe, hairdryer, iron and board. Great choice at breakfast and beautiful restaurant/beach bar serving food and drinks all day! We ate there every night as there isn't much choice in restaurants nearby mostly greek tavernas but we enjoyed the hotel food so we chose to stay there instead! Staff went above and beyond to assist you, we felt like part of the family. All very polite and helpful. We cannot wait to return next year!
