Best hotel in the game, the staff do nothing but help you and are just genuinely lovely people. The rooms are immaculate every single time, stayed here 3 times and will be coming back every year! The hotel staff feel like family to us not to mention the pool guy and the boss, loved every minute, luxury beds, luxury rooms, the food, everything! See you next year!

Can’t fault hotel. Lovely modern spacious bedroom overlooking the sea. Food is good quality. We went half board. We’re youthful mid sixties. Beach opposite is ok though sunloungers twice the price of most other places. Pool area top class with some entertainment. The saxophonist was a cool touchFound a great beach a bus ride away. Location is good- about a twenty minute walk from hersonisis centre. Good value compared with other 5* hotels. Free spa experience Not for young children I suggest but plenty of things to occupy them off the main road You’d be pushed to find this value of a 5* hotel in Crete. I recommend without hesitation.

Très grosse déception de ma part. Les avis sont très positifs et malheureusement j’ai pu être déçue de cet établissement. Je pense être vu au mauvais moment s’agissant de la dernière semaine de l’hôtel. L’hôtel n’est pas digne d’un 5 étoiles. Points positifs : - Belle chambre - Belle piscine - Le personnel d’accueil et du bar sont géniaux Points négatifs : - arrivée en navette aucun accueil pour porter la valise - 2 fois des serviettes disponibles à la piscine sur une semaine. Obligé de demander pour en avoir - niveau ménage de la chambre. Poussière toute la semaine et le réassort du bar n’est pas fait tout les jours. Le ménage est à revoir. - les repas sont soit froid soit trop peu garnie. Très rarement de légume et très peux de choix. - beaucoup d’attente au restaurant pour obtenir une boisson. Vous avez fini le repas et toujours pas de commande prise pour la boisson. Sachant que l’hôtel n’était pas pleins et que des serveurs discute au lieu de vous servir. - le dernier jour l’hôtel aller fermer. De ce fait nous ne pouvions pas profiter des extérieurs. En effet un homme à passer la tondeuse pendant des heures et les employés étaient entrain d’enlever : les tables et les matelas des bed. - la nourriture à la piscine pour le all in ne vaut pas le coup (pauvre sandwich ou salade ) et la carte est payante - aucun serveur ne vient vous voir à la piscine vous demander si vous avez soif - salle de sport beaucoup trop petite pour en profiter Habituée des grecotel je ne viendrais plus dans votre établissement qui n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles.

Super hotel !! La chambre etait spacieuse, la vue magnifique, la piscine facilement accessible avec des serviettes a disposition. Les repas étaient de bonne qualité avec des profuits locaux!! En ce qui concerne le personnel de l'hôtel, ils étaient d'une grande gentillesse. Un grand merci à Dimitri pour le partage des beaux endroits à visiter! Merci pour ce formidable séjour

After submitting a review yesterday, Maria from guest relations contacted us in order to try & resolve some of our issues. She arranged for us to be moved to another room with a hot tub,which we can use,whereas the pool we had ,we could not as it was freezing . She also booked the a la carte restaurant for our anniversary tomorrow, with a few amendments, free of charge, which is greatly appreciated. Also free snacks & able to keep our room on day of departure as we don't leave till late evening. We did not submit review looking for those things, but are very appreciative she reached out to us. As I previously said, the hotel is lovely, spotlessly clean in all areas. I shall add a further review when our holiday is over....

We are still here at the moment, chose this hotel as we are celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary on the 27th & wanted somewhere nice that we hadn't been to before. We are unfortunately, rather disappointed. The hotel itself is spotless ,very clean in all areas, beds are very comfortable & majority of staff are pleasant,just not very chatty. Food is the main let down,I know a lot of reviews mentioned food not being very hot, but thought it may be OK, but no, every item we have had has been cold or lukewarm. We have ended up eating out at lunchtime to feel satisfied. We had hoped to dine in the a la carte restaurant on our anniversary, but after asking to see the menu, it just doesn't have much choice ,so we will find somewhere else to go. We are not old, but didn't want a crazy noisy place , but the entertainment is not entertaining, (elevator music or a noisy dj),around only 1 pretty small bar for the whole complex is strange,we thought it would be a lot bigger when there are over 200 rooms. We splashed out on a room with private pool, but it is freezing, I cannot get in it, wish we'd booked a hot tub now,you live & learn! The very cloudy weather can't be helped! Overall, Crete is just not for us,so disappointed, what was to be such a special holiday, and one we thought we had researched well,is in fact a let down.

Very nice hotel. Beds super comfortable and the rooms are kept very clean. The food is excellent with a great selection of buffet offerings. Pool area is tranquil and very attractive. Drinks prices are ok. The location is good and close to big Spar shop.

We had wonderful vacation! Very recommended! The staff is amazing very helpful and kind. The facilities are great and the food is fresh and tasty:) The pool is clean and shiny, the beds are very comfortable. That was a great vacation we will be back here for sure.
