Royal Heights Resort Villas & Spa

What can I say about this place? Just came back from a memorable week in Seehund 1. From the very first Moment we felt like home. Warm and cozy, immaculously clean, nicely decorated, sufficiently and very well equipped, just 80-100m away from the Baltic sea, suitable for both couples and families.... The house offers unique tranquility and an escape from every day routine and reality, which you abundantly receive. I could continue but I do not want to speak long. We absolutely and without a second thought recommend this place. ❤️

the hotel has opened recently for a week in winter time (November 2024) due to a conference and we enjoyed our stay there. The view is panoramic and the Hotel is very quiet. Has a panoramic a la carte restaurant, Gym, Spa, a very big relaxable full renovated pool. staff is very friendly and food is realy Cretan organic food

The friendliest hotel I’ve visited. Everyone is so welcoming and make you feel special I visited with my parents as took them on holiday for 70th birthdays. They loved their stay. It’s a peaceful resort as you are up on the hill, no scramble for a pool lounger, plenty of space and easy to get a cold beer! If you want somewhere where you can get some peace this is the perfect place. I can’t thank the team enough for our amazing stay

We wanted a relaxed and laid back holiday and Royal Heights absolutely delivered. The location is fantastic - panoramic views of the town and really peaceful. The staff were wonderful. Athena and Maria at the front desk were warm, friendly and really helpful. The rest of the staff from housekeeping to the restaurant and bar staff were all really friendly and lovely to interact with. The hotel was very accomodating to my wife's dietary needs and really made us feel looked after. We had booked one of the villas with a private pool and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is coming with children. Our kids loved having their own private pool and we pretty much spent each day there. The villa itself was really clean and the resort is of a very high standard. The town is an approx 15 min walk downhill and there are a number of local restaurants to choose from which I am sure everyone would enjoy. On the way back to the hotel a taxi is definitely recommended. All in all this has been a fantastic stay and we will take back fond memories of our stay. If you are looking to stay in the region I would suggest Royal Heights as your number one choice.

The staff were very kind and respectful, the food was amazing and I made friends with the staff. There was our own pool, there is places to go out to nearby but I'd advise you to see if you're willing to walk down a hill or get a taxi. For sure get a taxi on the way up. It was very clean and tidy, there's no washing machine sadly but there's everything else you'll need to cook (apart from food). There's also a supermarket nearby aswell to shop.
