We were a group of 12 (ages 3 to 73)- and we all had an amazing stay. the resort is always clean with bins and empty cup holders scattered all over. staff was welcoming and attentive on all levels (front desk/concierge, waiters/bartenders, and golf cart drivers). Restaurants- the main one is busy and can be noisy but there are plenty of options and no lines. Elia and Veranda are much calmer and recommended. for dinner, we visited Elia (great!) Almyra (nice, small portions) and Veranda (great steaks!) the waterpark is really above expectations. plenty of slides for all ages, never too busy, nice lunch options for the kids (and ice cream), and 2 bars that serve beer and low-alcohol cocktails. we spent a few hours each day there. we booked the Grand villa which is a great option for big families. it has 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds and one with double bed and 2 more single beds), each with shower and toilet (and a fifth toilet for "guests"), a big private pool, coffee machine and a fridge full of drinks (both re-stackable at need). only downside to the villa is the adjacent venue that plays loud music every night from 9 to midnight. (wasn't too much of a problem for us as we were dead tired by the end of the day)
