Good value for money, but the food is a bit salty and you'll get tired of it if you eat it often. It is far away from the city and is suitable for families to choose for leisure vacation.

We visited this hotel for a week over Easter and I cannot fault it in the slightest! We came with our small children aged 2 and 4 and they both had a wonderful time. The water park was a lot of fun and the food was excellent. So much choice all day long. The restaurants you could book for free were also fantastic. Entertainment was excellent too. We loved this hotel so much we have booked to return with the children and our parents in April 2025

We have just come back from our family holiday and had the most amazing time. We stayed in 2 x 2 bedroom family suites which were very spacious and the beds were super comfy. The only niggle on the rooms really is that one room which had a stand up shower didnt have a door onto the bathroom part and the other room that did have a door only had a bath and hand held shower in the tub. Would have been nice to have showers in both with doors as we also took our older childrens friends as well. There also should be mirrors in both of the rooms as the kids were always coming and going trying to get to a mirror. The hotel itself was really good - a kids dream with so much to do. The waterpark area was so much fun and their were always plenty of free loungers in this area as it opened at 10:00am. The pool loungers started off fine - lots of signs around saying that towels would be removed if you reserved them and at the beginning when it just appeared to be majority of French or German holiday makers everyone just got their loungers when they went down to the pool and it was perfect - plenty available gone 10:00am - heaven. Sadly half way through the week a lot of English people arrived and were hogging all of the loungers early doors, especially around the pool with the pool bar and the staff didnt move them as per the signs. Some selfish holiday goers even put towels down and we didnt see them until the afternoon when they came back from the waterparks - yup, all English (embarrassing really). I feel the staff need to get on top of this - it wouldnt take much to have a member of staff circulating and removing them all. They should take them away and make the "Offenders" go and collect them & write their room numbers down to see if they are repeat offenders. You shouldnt have to go lounger chasing in a 5* resort and I'd imagine it must be awful in peak season. The pools must have been refrigerated and were very cold - you couldnt stay in them for that long (especially the water park one) but by the end of the holiday we had either got used to them or everyone complaining about them had made them turn the fridge button down a little which was good. The food and drink were all great and the staff always made you feel welcome - plenty of variety and choice. We booked into 3 of the other restaurants during our stay which were great but to be honest, you didnt have too as the main buffet restaurant had each as a theme night during our stay as well. The waterpark was brilliant fun - so much to do from toddlers to older teens and adults. We all had so much fun and the slides were great. The snack bar in the waterpark was great as well with lots of choice. A lovely atmosphere with the music and the staff were all fab and friendly You have to pre-book the shower rooms when you leave and these get booked up very very fast. We didnt realise and had to use the Stella Apartment showers which were really horrible and grubby (they defo need

Omg I went here for my 40th birthday. I never leave reviews. But this was one of the best resorts I've ever been to. Plenty of wheelchair access, so many restaurants, lovely food, staff was amazing. All the bar staff were lovely. Waterpark was so good. Beds pillows and the room was so so amazing, so clean. Due to fracture foot foot and kids, our room was a little far from the restaurant but the staff never hesitated to pick up in the buggy and drop us to the restaurant. Our room number was 669 and the bar opposite that room was amazing. The staff were so amazing. Always made us feel very very welcome, always smiling and very energetic. Definitely going back there next year. Thank you so much guys. We miss you so much. 🙏🙏

This hotel ticks every box possible, all inclusive means all inclusive you literally do not need to spend one penny in the hotel it's self. We stayed in a 2 bedroom family room this included a fridge that was topped up daily with water. The rooms were lovely and clean. Beds were comfy, shower powerful enough and the strangest thing I've ever seen a phone in the toilet. We tried 2 out of the 5 restaurants mexican and steak, these did not disappoint 😋. I have seen some really crazy reviews about the food here bit we cannot fault it everyday we found something different and food was always hot but if you like it pipping hot there is also a microwave if you fancy burning your tongue off. I am a massive dessert lover and well I've came back a lot heavier than I went. The cocktails are fantastic and made freshly none of this prepaid in a machine crap. Staff are amazing there's nothing they wouldn't do to help you. Pools were great and always a sunbed to be found. The water park was deffo a fav with my kids they loved all the slides and even the snacks. We watched a few shows in the amphitheatre and enjoyed them. Then we would walk up to too pool where the room was and sit at that bar listening to the singers or saxophone. Would I rate the hotel a 5 yes it most definitely, will we return we've just rebooted for next year something I don't usually do as like to adventure to different places. All in all stella palace won our hearts.

We were a group of 12 (ages 3 to 73)- and we all had an amazing stay. the resort is always clean with bins and empty cup holders scattered all over. staff was welcoming and attentive on all levels (front desk/concierge, waiters/bartenders, and golf cart drivers). Restaurants- the main one is busy and can be noisy but there are plenty of options and no lines. Elia and Veranda are much calmer and recommended. for dinner, we visited Elia (great!) Almyra (nice, small portions) and Veranda (great steaks!) the waterpark is really above expectations. plenty of slides for all ages, never too busy, nice lunch options for the kids (and ice cream), and 2 bars that serve beer and low-alcohol cocktails. we spent a few hours each day there. we booked the Grand villa which is a great option for big families. it has 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds and one with double bed and 2 more single beds), each with shower and toilet (and a fifth toilet for "guests"), a big private pool, coffee machine and a fridge full of drinks (both re-stackable at need). only downside to the villa is the adjacent venue that plays loud music every night from 9 to midnight. (wasn't too much of a problem for us as we were dead tired by the end of the day)

This is a great hotel which we stayed for 2 weeks for a family of 3. The main restaurant has a good choice of food which is varied, there is definitly something for everyone. We loved Enso (Asian), Veranda and Abrazo restaurants, the food was great and plenty of it. Elia restuarant was ok but not really any different to the main restaurant apart from a nice outside setting, also this opens till 11am for breakfast which is sometimes handy. A soft drinks machine would be helpful so you could help yourself rather than queuing at the bar though you never waited too long. All the staff are amazing. Plenty of pools to choose from and the waterpark is amazing for little ones and big ones. Yes sometimes its hard to get a lounger by the pool but we always found one by the waterpark. We did see people book their lounger all day by the pool and then go off to waterpark at 11ish and then come back late afternoon which was bad. They say you cant reserve sunbeds but nobody is policing this and at times it can be frustrating. The spa is lovely though not that cheap, its roughly the same price as UK but the treatments are good. The evening entertaiment was enjoyable though it was repeated in our second week and my daughter liked the mini disco and she enjoyed going to the kids club too. The beach is small but you can walk further down the road to more of a beach which is where we did some watersports. There are few nice beach bars and restaurants too, but not much else. I would definitly recommend this hotel and would go back in a heartbeat.
