Comfort Inn at the Park

Went to the Hershey lodge for a convention but really slept wee and enjoyed breakfast and the pool was very clean.

Overpriced hotel. The mens bathroom in the common area was clogged all weekend. Our room was noisy. The toilets in our room were horrible. The breakfast had few options. The room was overpriced at $250 a night. I will never go back and I will never stay at another Comfort Inn

I booked hotel months ago. Concert was canceled last minute so we did not actually stay. Called the hotel about a dozen times to try and reschedule but no one answered. I would be scared to stay at a hotel that does not have staff to answer a phone. Do not expect service. Answer your phone next time.

Excellent stay. Would highly reccomend.Located just minutes from Hersheypark and steps from a shopping area but the hotel itself is tucked away down a quiet road. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was excellent with many different choices. There is a 24 hour coffee bar.The room was clean and well maintained. The pool area was clean and nice. And there are even ducks in the parking lot that you can buy food for at the front desk! Overall just a wonderful place.

The hotel was in a good location close to Hershey Parks attractions. We stayed in a two room suite which was perfect for families that wanted a separate bedroom. My only complaint was that the bathroom could have been cleaner specifically the bathtub. Perhaps it is old, but the bathtub was dingy and could be cleaned better.

The girls at the desk were very friendly they remember me and mom from last year Hotel stay was very nice pillow were comfortable parking wasn’t crowded the floor wasn’t noisy very close to the hershey park and restaurants especially bob evans across the street

It was ok. Clean, staff was really friendly. We got the one bedroom family suite with queen bed and two double beds. The bathroom had two sliding doors. Bathroom doorlock was broken. It was a little outdated but overall comfortable enough for a couple of nights. Lots of other families there but was pretty quiet.

We wanted something close to Hershey, so we picked this hotel. Big mistake. There was a hockey playoff for kids. Loud, rude kids-parents couldn't have cared less. The place is dirty, needs updating, now. The manager is a gem, he should be at an ascend or cambria, not this place.

Terrible stay. Side doors are not locked at night - did not feel safe at all. Yup, anyone could just walk in the door at any time & right up the stairs to the guest rooms. Who would know! When I asked about that at the front desk, the person told me "we can't lock them, but we have security cameras in the stairwells - not true at all - there are NO CAMERAS!! Breakfast was barely warm every morning at 6am & never changed in 7 days. I'd imagine by 7am it was totally cold. The bathtub paint was peeling. The shower caulking was awful. Paint on tub/shower fixtures. The beds were uncomfortable, pillows too soft & mushy. The sheers on the windows were dirty. You could see into the room because there were missing bolts in the door. The manager didn't seem to care about anything, polite, just not caring - and looked at me like a deer in headlights when I addressed the above! No apology, just lame excuses! I spent close to $3000 for 2 rooms for 7 nights & I will never stay there again. BEWARE!!!
