An ideal stop off point on the drive from northern Spain back to Lisbon. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, great value set menu in the restaurant, along with a hearty breakfast, and really excellent to have access to the bar/cafe during the day.
We stayed in the suite, which had two skylight windows, and was very atmospheric in the evening.

Amazing place
Fantastic location in beautiful little village just off the motorway. Everything about the place is tranquil. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone.

The hotel was used as a stop over from Portimao to Santander. The hotel is small but very unique. It was probably an old mill converted 10 years ago. Only criticism is their website needs to be updated for the cost of evening meals. But the food was good.

Teníamos una reserva para comer 4 personas en familia. Del menú de 4 primeros a elegir y 4 segundos a dos de nosotros nos dijeron que no habia un plato y elegimos otro y al minuto volvieron a venir diciendo que tampoco tenian ese plato. El menú de 25 euros nos pareció de un precio superior a lo que comimos y no tuvieron ningun detalle con nosotros.
