When you arrive it doesn't really look like a B&B that you expect. It looks a little shabby on the outside, but inside it is totally fine. The rooms are more than spacious; a separate “living room” and a separate bedroom and, of course, a separate bathroom. We were not bothered by the other guests, so that is always nice to note as well. Breakfast was more than fine, with plenty of choice! The hostess was extremely friendly. The wifi is fine

Clean, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast with good options for vegetarians, friendly and helpful hosts. Close to gorgeous walks along the seaside. Exactly what we hoped for - a lovely short break by the sea, not far from London. Thanks very much!

Really nice big room, bed and living room area. Has everything you would require and room at good standard. Breakfast is brilliant with great choices!!! Great having parking round the back and easy access whenever needed. Plus only about a 10 minute walk to seafront

Reasonable little guest house
We arrived a little early and were kindly allowed to check in all was ok but we were told that the Bar was not an available service anymore which was a shame because it was one of the reasons we chose to stay there as thought it would be nice spot to have a drink and play cards, but apparently no one uses it
Shown to our twin room was ok had all we needed, the rug next to the bed was a bit grubby and shower hose although works ok needs limescale cleaning.
Breakfast was lovely nicely cooked and service good too

Perfect
One night stay for a party. Perfect for walking to sea front and town. Room was very spacious with a separate sitting room area. Very clean and lovely breakfast. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Herne Bay is just right!
We stayed two nights with Rachel and Luke. Great hosts, helpful with local sights and inforamtion and we endjoyed tasty breakfasts.
