Bathroom drain clogged during whole stay. Spoke with front desk after first night and again the following day and nothing was ever done.

I have visited this property before, but 9/9/24 was by far the BEST. I traveled with a breastfeeding mother who needed to freeze her milk. The in room fridge wasn’t as cold as we needed. I went downstairs to the desk where I met Larry. He had me label the milk and ensured it was kept frozen until check out. The following morning we had a very early departure flight; and there were no available Uber’s or Lyft’s. Larry called someone and we were picked up within 10 minutes. We made our flight on time and had a great stay! Genuine kindness is sometimes an extra task these days. But not this day! Thank you Larry!!

This is a newer hotel, not your typical old hotel that got some makeover. Decor is nice and follow today interior trend. However they don't provide free breakfast, which is okay, but they also don't provide microwave inside the room. You can go to the only microwave inside snack store in the lobby, but I prefer making my breakfast in my sleepwear in my room than walking across lobby ,just for heating my cup noodle.

I stayed here overnight recently, and enjoyed it. The room was nicely appointed and comfortable. I didn’t go anywhere else in the hotel but was pleased with how my stay went. The room was nicely furnished and was well maintained in good working order. Everything was impeccably clean as well.

Night Attendant Larry is the Best! he was funny, very helpful and quickly fulfilled all of my service requests. The Bistro has surprisingly good food and fast service. with my busy schedule, i didn't need to go anywhere for everything i needed. Room was clean and comfortable

Great hotel with excellent shuttle service to Dulles. Very quiet location and within walking distance to a few nearby restaurants. The front desk staff were outstanding. They answered my multiple questions and resolved billing issues quickly. Monique was great at providing shuttle service. I'll be back.

Confession : I didn't actually stay at this hotel. However, I managed to board a shuttle bus from Dulles Airport to this hotel, which in my case was the wrong Courtyard Hotel Herndon (I needed the Sayward Blvd hotel). This was entirely my fault, however the wonderful female driver/receptionist (whose name I didn't catch) very kindly dropped me at the right hotel on her way back to the airport. This kind of service goes above and beyond what you expect from a reasonably priced hotel; and while my stay at Sayward was fine, the service I received from this hotel means I know exactly where I'll be staying next time I need an overnight at Dulles. And fair warning to tired travellers - always check twice when boarding an airport shuttle.

I was disappointed with the lack of staff engagement. The front desk staff were more interested in talking amongst themselves than checking in the guests. The lobby coffee attendant was not friendly at all. In fact, twice I said to her, how are you today and she shrugged at me with our a reply. The rooms are ok, bathrooms are big and the hotel was relatively quiet. Unfortunately, there were not a lot of restaurants to walk to, but parking was free.
