Quality Inn

My husband & I stayed here because we had a wedding to attend nearby. This property lacks a lot. The positive..the room was a decent size. There was a microwave & refrigerator. And the breakfast in the morning was decent,,the waffles were good. And it was close to many restaurants & shopping on the Main Street. The negative..there was a smell to the hotel a mix between cigarette smoke & stale dirty air The laundry room was next to us. And I could smell the dirtiness/moldy smell of the washer just walking by. The bedding had burn holes. The pillows were literally the size of small throw pillows you’d put on your couch. Also there was not enough towels. My husband & I had to share the 1 bath towel. Yes we asked for more towels but the request was ignored. The mirror in the bedroom had spray marks all over it, from what I don’t know. The mattress was so old to the point you could feel indentations & lumps. Windows were filthy. The walls are thin as paper. We could hear the people next door to us, where we could actually make out the conversation word for word & this went on until at least 1am. Wallpaper was peeling in many places. Glad I brought Lysol wipes, extra blankets, pillows & had my fan to drown out the neighbors noise. I don’t need a 5 star hotel. But I definitely do need some basics meet. If I had to stay here more then 1 night I would of packed up & gone elsewhere. This property is run down once you get past the front desk. We definitely will not be staying here again. Look elsewhere if you’re thinking of staying here.

Great Place Rooms where Large and the Breakfast was amazing. cant beat it for the value. had a bunch of items the kids loved it. we got food ordered for dinner and the shower was hot and amazing so if your in the area this isn't a bad choice to spend the night for friends and family.

I stay in hotels everyday for work. It’s nice knowing every time I come through here that they have a room available and places to park a semi. Rooms are outdated, but out of all the times I’ve stayed here never had a bad experience. For the price you get what you pay for, decent place to stay.

This was a great choice for just onovernight on a longer trip. The evening desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, well-appointed, with large TV, frig, micro, coffee maker and sofa. The bed was comfortable with various types of pillows. I like soft and hubs likes harder. The bathroom was clean and the shower was good. The breakfast was just enough - waffles, breads, muffins, cold cereal, hard eggs, yogurt, juice, apples. All in all a very pleasant 12 hours!

When I arrived, they said they had to charge $100 more for incidentals so they put a hold of $270 on my account for my two day stay, and the day after I checked out they put another hold for $170 for what I owed for the stay but still kept the $270 hold remaining on my account. My account then had little available funds which caused a fee with my bank when another charge came in!

Insect bites are not an amenity. Hoping they are flea bites and not bed bugs. Right arm, wrist, arm pit. Itchy. Bed & linens would have been acceptable without bugs. Bugs fall below threshold for basic accommodation under established common law. Lotion & conditioner bottles appeared used — not full. In room coffee packets tasted stale. Dark corridors & room, creaky old luggage carts are only at side entrance. Room furniture had cracks. I didn’t expect more than basics. This place failed. Waffles were the only hot food offering at breakfast. Instant oatmeal would have been nice. That said, English muffins were good. Coffee from dispenser/concentrate still sux.

This motel served its purpose as a place to stay while visiting family. We reserved an accessible room which was nicely equipped but it absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. It would have been that much better without the smell of smoke. Our son travelled with us and his room did not reek of smoke. Also our tv would not turn on. It was super convenient for us though and better than 2 others in the area we have tried. We will stay here again but we will not reserve an accessible room as we would prefer to bring our own accessories to avoid the smoke smell. It’s further from the interstate so we were not bothered from the traffic noise. We really just needed a place to sleep and it was fine for that.

This no-frills hotel did the job for a night’s stay. Check in with the friendly and knowledgeable front-desk clerk was a breeze and our rewards membership got a slight room upgrade. Good heating system and water pressure in the bathroom. The room was quiet, with a comfortable bed and chairs. A couple of more plugs for chargers and other electronic gizmos would have been appreciated but we managed just fine. Save for some stray hairs in the shower, the room was clean. Towels were on the thin side but, again, they got the job done. The hotel is well located by I-80, with a well-lit parking lot, and an easy drive to several restaurants. Bottom line: Hard to beat the price for a perfectly reasonable night’s stay.

Great Hotel Great Management. Morgan is always good to us Estes drivers. We have several choices in the area, and we always come here first. Clean, comfortable & they’re constantly updating the whole hotel. I hope to see the restaurant opening soon.
