So had to come to Hermiston for and emergency medical issue with a family member and drove over 4 hours to get here, we called when we got into town at 1:30 Saturday morning and asked for a room for my wife and myself and 3 children. We were told yes we have one for the night, being Saturday morning you would think no worries check out will be Sunday, well guess not and there is nothing that can be done and you and your 3 kids can be out by 11 that same day, Thanks Hannah. Oh and coincidentally there is no manager on the weekends so not sure how any problems will be addressed if they arise. But hey thanks for paying all that money for not even half a day. Not much I can do with 3 sleeping kids and no one that can do anything since there isn’t a manager available. What a great hotel! Also just found out this morning that Hannah lied about the price and it is not what she had said . Tried to talk to the new person at the front desk and got told oh well you can talk to the manager who will be in at 3 pm, really Hannah I thought there was no manager on the weekends? Great customer service. Avoid this place if possible at all costs. Trip typeFamily

Friendly and efficient staff. Nicely cleaned and decorated room. Comfy king bed. We are returning customers to Comfort Inn as always satisfied.

nice place to rest In town to visit family. this was a great location, and a despite being at the travel plaza, the noise was minimal. Breakfast selections were good too. Hot tub wasn't working while i was there.

The staff and services were great. I hate to mention, but the ceilings looked a bit moldy in places and there had been obvious leaks. The bedding and pillows were very clean and the appliances and surfaces as well. I did wish thee was a small convenience store at the reception desk for small things that were forgotten, but the gas station nearby was a pretty close walk. Breakfast was great and there were a lot of options.

Everything is fine, but the last two times staying here ( 1st and second floor) the heat/ ac fans make so much noise it has to be turned off or can’t hear or sleep.
