The decoration of the hotel is very exquisite, in European aristocratic style. The front desk service was very enthusiastic, and the female manager took the initiative to upgrade me to a sea view room on the second floor. As soon as I entered the room, I saw two whales spraying water on the beach on the balcony. It deserves to be called a whale watching town, with sea view + whale, the scenery is really good.

The hotel is located conveniently only 5 mins from Ficks Pool and a short walk from the main shops. The hotel upgraded us to a balcony sea view room and we received complementary wine. The room was beautiful, very clean, with dstv and netflix services available. We also had a bathtub and a lovely balcony view. During load shedding the main lights remained on and the wifi was still active. The staff was also very kind and professional.

I had the pleasure of staying in an exceptionaly spacious and beautifully appointed room, featuring a huge bath and glass enclosed shower with panoramic ocean views-ideal for whale watching. Staff were courteous and attentive contributing to a warm and welcome stay.I look forward to returning and highly recommend Misty Waves to travelers seeking comfort and charm. Definitely 5 stars !

Stunning hotel, beautifully decorated throughout. Wonderful friendly helpful staff. Great location. We had lovely large apartments with sea views, and very comfy beds. Breakfast is amazing.
