Die 5 Sterne leuchteten nicht in unserer Senior Suite. Schlecht: - Unterkunft muss man komplett beim Check-in bezahlen - erneute Datenangabe mit Stift und Papier obwohl online schon erledigt - Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer war kaputt - 2x Bescheid gegeben, Kühlschrank wurde während 2,5 Tagen Aufenthalts nicht repariert - kein frisch gepresster O-Saft zum Frühstück (wow, dass man sich sowas traut mit 5 Sternen) - das Frühstück generell verbesserungswürdig, auf keinen Fall 5 Sterne, eher 3,2 (sollten mal im Steigenberger um die Ecke gucken wie das geht) - wegen kaputtem Kühlschrank haben wir 2x Eiswürfel im Kübel bestellt - einmal kamen die erst nach erneuter Nachfrage, beim zweiten mal kamen sie nach 4 Stunden (bei 27 Grad), die waren natürlich zu 90% geschmolzen. Etwas crazy, dass sie uns den Wasserkübel so übergeben haben - Mineralwasser wurde nur bei Ankunft zur Verfügung gestellt, am zweiten Tag gab es nichts, kein Kaffee, kein Zimmerservice, kein Wasser - in der Senior Suite.. - Generell sieht man hier, dass viel unerfahrenes Personal dabei ist. Sind alle sehr bemüht, aber es werden eben auch echte Böcke geschossen, die man bei 5 Sternen eher nicht erwartet. Warum interessierte niemanden der kaputte Kühlschrank?.. Positiv: - Lage: nahe zum Strand und im Zentrum - Spa-Bereich: Man muss lange suchen, um so ein umfangreiches Sauna / Dampfbadangebot zu finden. Leider alles komplett ohne Fenster, aber sonst wirklich gut

Man könnte uns mittlerweile als Wiederholungstäter bezeichnen, wir sind nun seit mehreren Jahren regelmäßig im Ahlbecker Hof abgestiegen. Und das hat seinen Grund! Freundlichkeit, Zuvorkommenheit und das Gefühl, zuhause angekommen zu sein! Das Hotel ist nicht allzu groß, das Personal kennt schnell die abgestiegenen Gäste und behandelt diese mit der erwähnten Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit. Kleine Gesten wie ein Obstteller oder auch eine Flasche Sekt zum Empfang auf dem Zimmer lassen dieses Gefühl von Nach-Hause-Kommen aufsteigen und einmal geäußerte Vorlieben muss man kein zweites Mal äußern. Eigentlich sollte gerade dies eine Selbstverständlichkeit sein, ist es aber nicht! Und wenn man schon über den Ahlbecker Hof spricht, muss man natürlich diese außergewöhnliche Lage direkt an der Seebrücke in Ahlbeck und an der Seepromenade reden. Hinzu kommt die Architektur im Kaiserbäder-Stil, das Tüpfelchen auf dem i sozusagen. Spa ist vorhanden, aber nicht das wichtigste und nicht das größte Plus dieses Hauses. Ach, genug geschrieben, das größte Kompliment unsererseits: Wir kommen wieder! Und fühlen uns willkommen!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Familiensuite. Unsere Tochter war begeistert vom Pool and tolle Saunalandschaft für die Eltern.
Ganz toll war auch das Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat.
5-Sterne war auch der Checkout bei dem wir den Late-Checkout nutzen konnten und noch einen tollen Tag in Ahlbeck verbracht haben.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Personal, einfach Danke, durchweg alle sehr lieb und freundlich. Ostsee pur. Danke für den erholsamen Urlaub. Danke an Alle vom Service. Hund ist hier auch willkommen. Der Ausblick absolut Filmreif. Speisen und Getränke alles da, wer hier 😡 ist, sollte zu Hause bleiben.

Grandhotel mit Charme
Hotel mit Charme. Großes Zimmer zur Landseite. Gut Ausgestattet. Schönes Badezimmer. Prima Schwimmbad. Schönes Ambiente. Die Speisekarte könnte etwas umfangreicher sein. Der Service im Restaurant war gut insgesamt ein Tick mehr Empathie wäre möglich. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Lage des Hotel super.Rezeption freundlich und kompetent. Parkgarage mit
