28.07.25 Was a good holiday. Bad points.. Hotel is out of the way . No where to walk at all. Literally in the middle of no where. 20/30dinar to sousse, each way. Reception unhelpful. Very unhelpful ! Animation play loud music 10am - midnight. No fridge, hairdryer or kettle. No fizzy drinks at all. Fruit juices, but nothing fizzy. Flat, sugary fruit juice is all they have as mixes. Water slides have life guard, not enough beds for size if pool. Pool is very small for complex. Good points Animation keep the atmosphere going 10am til midnight. No bugs, odd ants, very odd cockroach. Bar and restaurant staff lovely and very accommodating. Beach is very clean and well kept. Soft sand. Plenty of beds on the beach, but not enough mattresses. Large jellyfish about, but not a problem. I only stayed 1 week, think the Tunisians come Wednesday til Friday for a holiday, awful at meal times. Staff literally lock the doors. They're like animals, barging in, que jumping, piling plates, horrendous place to eat on these days. Breakfast is very poor. Pancakes or boiled eggs, everyday. 2 cold meats. Only ever serve white baguettes for every meal. No brown, certainly no bread or toast. Not guaranteed pasta, chips or pizza slices for meals, like most hotels. Salads are lovely, good variety. A very European hotel. We're a party of 4 adults, found this hotel one of the worst, been to Tunisia 15+ times. Book with caution. Nice hotel, but drinks/ nothing fizzy and restaurant/ animals are hard to deal with

Amazing hotel with unbeatable price for beachfront location. I had wonderful time at the hotel. Turquoise colour sea with white fine sandy beaches, sea level is shallow ,I stayer in the room numver 613, I have seen the most beautiful sun rise around at 5am every morning from my bed and balcony I can see the sea and sunrise, sea is ver calm, hotel is safe, there is a security on the beach and inside the hotel, hotel staff are kind and helpful , rooms are clean, price is very cheap , food are delicious, there is live jazz music with sakssofon at the restaurant, Animation fakir fire show was breathtaking, karaoke show was a lot of time, children and adults club Dancing every evening, you take take daily trip to different locations, There are two suns at Tunusia, one sun light comes from the sky and second sun light comes from the people smile, they always smile and very friendly, you can discover sahara night with daily tours or you can see dune movie made locations you can see the second biggest theatre from Roman empire and you can see ancient cave homes. Nace at the hotel shop show me around he is very polite and trusted person you must definitely say hello to him if you go there tell them my name to them 'GUL', Director of the Hotel Sofien helped me a lot during my holiday he is sunch an amazing hard working and ambitious , kind person. I would like to say huge thank you to all the staff in the hotel and I will miss you all and I will come back to Tunusia soon. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! hotel is disgusting, dirty, and very outdated!! Staff are rude and unhelpful. Booked for 10 nights and didnt sleep the first night due to stink bugs, musky dirty linen and a stained mattress! Mould in the bathroom! I spoke to the manager the next morning and asked for a refund and was refused, now having to use lawyers!! This hotel is not worth 1 star!!!

Beautiful beach, amazing garden, kind helpful staff, good food and drinks. I enjoyed so much my stay there and I miss it every day. The view from the balcony to pool and from the right to the sea made me all the time heart breathing. Recommend for those who really look for peaceful place.

To flee!!! Bad reception! The hotel was full ... No empty rooms and even after a long wait our room was catastrophic. Lack of professionalism ... a real nightmare ... Bad experience ... I do not recommend ...

Apart from the beach everything is bad the welcome the staff the hygiene the food a friend rented 2 rooms for his family we came back in the evening, his room was rented to someone else advised against it
