I was expecting the worst after reading reviews but my stay was actually fine. Easy check in, just called the number and got room key out of a key lock. Room was fine, not spotless and modern by any means, but lots of character. And the bathroom and shower were good. Breakfast is basic, with a bag delivered to your door in the morning.

We asked for a room with no steps to get to it as I'm disabled and my wife is blind When we arrived we had to wait ages to be let in. Then there was no hey for our alloted room. The person checked all the key safe and eventually found one with a key in it It was the furthest away room with a step followed by another 2 steps. The room was dirty,dusty and uncared for. It was baking hot and no fans available. My wife once acclimatized we t to open the outside garden door and we had not realised there was yet another step down to it so she fell down it and hurt herself. The TV is tiny and black mould all around the bath. No grab rails so neither us could shower. No hand towel, bedside lights didn't work, I could go on. Do not go

The place is a dump and the whole set up is a complete shambles.The host is rude and unapologetic when you finally get in touch with her. Don't waste your money on this place. They shouldn't be able to run as a business. Basically it needs to be shut down. Avoid at all cost.

Upon entering confused by the ring a number to get access, never heard of anything like it before. Room was a great size, jacuzzi bath was a plus. Location was great. Really needed a lot of work, electric heaters, no central heating. Bed was comfy but everything me and husband or kids moved the furniture creaked. Windows and doors need replacing. Breakfast was ok, hadn't read about it being a pack bag. It done for a night, if I had of read some reviews before I wouldn't have booked. But then where else could a family of 4 stayed for under £90 inc Breakfast. It could be a money pit to refurb, but it could be beautiful.

The property needed lots of TLC in all areas. The breakfast was low average and was delivered in a paper bag with cold snacks. I would nt recommend to any one

The place was a dump, very run down. Mould in the bathroom, a bedroom floor which felt to be on the point of collapse. No staff, entry by telephone, the place felt unsafe. Should not be allowed to trade.ķķkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk
