Please be aware that this particular Premier Inn is literally a building site with no prior warnings of major works being carried out. Customers are still expected to pay top rates, formal complaints are quite simply met by the customer services team with 'sorry.' Apart from being a major building site, complaints included: Heavily reduced restaurant menu, waiting over an hour for a meal to be served on a dirty plate. No restaurant drinks available other than bottled drinks, served without glasses. Hotel room not serviced at all throughout stay. Restaurant eventually closed without notice, no food available although meal deals pre-purchased. Hotel room lighting broken, no table lights.
