The hotel could do with an update. My room was basic but clean. The water system took ages to stop making a noise after the room next door used it. There was also a lot of doors banging .

My husband and I have stayed in many hotels over the years, and we can confidently say this four-star hotel truly deserves five stars. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations, from the beautifully appointed room to the outstanding food and relaxing spa experience. The reception staff, both over the phone and in person, were exceptionally warm and welcoming. The restaurant team was equally delightful. They were attentive, friendly, and genuinely eager to ensure we had everything we needed. For dinner, I had Chicken Supreme, and my husband had a burger in a brioche bun with homemade fries; both were delicious. Our deluxe room was immaculately presented, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed, in particular, was exceptionally comfortable, offering a restful night’s sleep that truly enhanced our overall experience. The swimming pool was a real highlight: the water was lovely, just as inviting as the sea in Tenby, but warmer, which made for an incredibly pleasant swim. The spa was the perfect way to unwind. In the evening, we enjoyed a drink at the bar and relaxed outside while watching horses grazing peacefully in the distance, a truly idyllic setting. Breakfast the next morning was exceptional, with an impressive selection of both hot and cold dishes, all beautifully presented. We’re already looking forward to returning next year, and we wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend this hotel to others.

My husband and I just spend four nights at this hotel with Secret Escapes. Overall impression was the hotel has seen better days! Tired and scruffy in lots of areas. The spa was extremely disappointing, water too cold, sauna, steam and jacuzzi not working properly. Changing rooms not great, showers (2) not working properly The food was good especially breakfast and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I complained that our shower curtain smelt, it was changed the next day. One morning our room was not serviced. The hot water tap is dangerously hot

Impressive hotel
It was amazing. We had a lovely warm welcome and felt relaxed from the start. We enjoyed spending time in the pool, spa area.

Perfect romantic holiday. Staff were superb, especially the restaurant waiters. Food and drink fabulous. Great menu choices. Comfiest bed I have ever had in a UK hotel. Lovely room with views of fields ands sheep. Spa was amazing - treatments to be recommended. Check in was easy, parking right out side. Def be returning.
