Top 5-Star Hotels in Heraklion Prefecture

All of the staff were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. They took care of us like family. Especially the beach bar staff were #1. We were with a large group of friends and they were so attentive and added a lot of laughter and fun to our experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

WE' LL COME BACK! Fantastic joy& pleasure we have had at Aquila Hotel at our stay there at Heraklion, it was our first time. Enjoyed it at breakfast, our room was so clean& with enough space with terrace& great view...Pool on 6th floor was pleasurable..All Hotel is interesting with exterior as well as interior...This hotel have so much to offer&most important to give you touch of happines at your stay! This is a veritable hotel in Europe,  very cost-effective hotel.  Not only has a historical sense, but also the room area is large, the items are well equipped, the quality is good, the service is warm and thoughtful, the breakfast is rich, and the quality of the ingredients is high.

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Heraklion.. the efficient young dynamic staff , from reception to breakfast and restaurant to roof, are just 10 and praises ... At the reception (a blonde girl with blue eyes I don't remember the name) very kind and friendly and professional about the city management , breakfast boys careful of the needs and demands (incredible remembered the city perfect in the days following the first request ), the latest-stage restaurant boys and exceptional cooks and cooks .. If I return to Candia, it will be the only hire I will consider! The hotel was great!

The location is very good, very close to various attractions and museums. All kinds of service facilities are complete. The room is clean and the corridor has a disabled ramp for the convenience of travelers. Warm service. Breakfast was good.

The staff service is very good, the facilities and food are very satisfactory. The only thing is that the hotel only provides bottled water on the first day, but you can buy it near the hotel. In addition, the hotel only provides one paper cup per person, and there is no cup supply at all in the bathroom. Paper cups cannot be washed multiple times and are not used for many days. Especially in the last two days, replacement is no longer available and has to be cleaned.

The hotel is located in the center of the old town, very close to Piazza Venezia and the church. It is convenient for eating, shopping and going to the beach. It takes about 15 minutes to take a taxi from Heraklion Airport, and the taxi price is 15 euros. If you rent a car, you can park in the central parking. The night is 7 euros, and there is a 24-hour valet parking guy; the hotel is relatively new, and the rooms are relatively large in Europe. The bathroom is designed with three separate parts. It is best to bring your own slippers and toiletries. There is no toothpaste or toothbrush, and the towels are poor and Only one set was given to two people; there was a kettle; and the bar downstairs was noisy.

On the road, noisy. The room is old. The car park is 300 metres away. I won't choose again next time.
