Δεν είμαι άνθρωπος που κάνει αξιολογήσεις αλλά με αυτά που είδαμε και έγιναν τις μέρες που διαμέναμε στο ξενοδοχείο δεν μου δίνουν άλλη επιλογή. Πρώτον, το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν καθαρό, πχ. η βρύση του μπάνιου μέσα στα άλατα, η ντουζιέρα είχε πιάσει μια καφέ σαν γλίτσα, το καπάκι της τουαλέτας δεν ήταν σταθερό και είχε βγει από την θέση του και είχε σε διάφορες γωνίες αραχνοΰφαντες. Δεύτερον, το πρωινό ήταν σχετικά καλό αλλά... έτυχε να πάρουμε μαγιονέζα η οποία για καλή μας τύχη αφού είδαμε ότι είχε περίεργη υφή, διαπιστώσαμε ότι ήταν ληγμένη 6 μήνες. Επίσης μια φορά έτυχε να πάμε για πρωινό και να είναι τα πάντα σχεδόν άδεια με μεγάλη καθυστέρηση ανανέωσης των προϊόντων. Και τρίτον, λόγο ανακαίνισης της κουζίνας, δεν είχε βραδινό στο ξενοδοχείο και μας έστειλαν σε ένα ασιατικό εστιατόριο από δίπλα για φαγητό (να ενημερώσω ότι είχαμε πρωινό και βραδινό στην κράτηση μας). Μέχρι εκεί όλα καλά. Την επόμενη μέρα μας είπαν να πάμε πάλι στο ασιατικό και σκεφτόμασταν.. ασιατικά θα τρώμε κάθε μέρα? Όπως και ναχει κάτσαμε πάλι εκεί και πριν παραγγείλουμε ήρθαν και μας είπαν ότι θα πρέπει να πάμε σε ένα άλλο ξενοδοχείο στον ίδιο δρόμο για βραδινό. Αυτό που μας εκνεύρισε ήταν ότι μας είχαν πει πάνω κάτω πως να πάμε εκεί με αποτέλεσμα να ψάχνουμε πόση ώρα για να το βρούμε..δεν θα ήταν ποιο εύκολο απλά να μας συνόδευε κάποιος μέχρι εκεί? Έτσι κι αλλιώς ήταν κοντά, απλά ο λόγος που δεν το βρίσκαμε ήταν ότι υπήρχαν τρία ξενοδοχεία με σχεδόν το ίδιο όνομα. Τέλος αφού το βρήκαμε, οι άνθρωποι εκεί ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί και μας τάισαν παρόλο που είχε περάσει κιόλας η ώρα του φαγητού και μας είπαν ότι θα τρώμε εκεί τις επόμενες μέρες. Συνοπτικά το ξενοδοχείο δεν έχει καμία σχέση με αυτό που φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες ή τουλάχιστον μπορεί να ήταν έτσι στην δική μας περίπτωση. Δεν θέλω να επηρεάσω άτομα τα οποία σκέφτονται να μείνουν σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο απλά θεώρησα σωστό να περιγράψω την δική μας εμπειρία διαμονής.

First of all, the staff is amazing, they welcome you with a welcoming smile and provide excellent service. The hotel is simply charming, everything is new and lovely, the rooms are very comfortable and very clean, there is a lovely spa and a pool on the roof and it is really wow. Excellent location, on the one hand in a really central place and on the other hand very quiet and calm. Highly recommended!!!

Very modern spacious comfortable rooms and bathrooms..just as the website shows. Nice rooftop pool and area. Spa. Nice breakfast. Very very attentive helpful friendly staff..ten out of ten! Great location . Could be a little more attentive to cleanliness but ok ! Happy to recommend

We recently stayed at **San Antonio Boutique Hotel (Adults Only)** in Hersonissos. While the hotel has a lot of potential and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, a few aspects left room for improvement. The cleanliness could be better maintained throughout the rooms and common areas — a small detail that makes a big difference in the overall guest experience. Additionally, the breakfast variety did not quite meet expectations. While the basics were there, more options and freshness would elevate the experience. On the bright side, the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, ideal for couples or those looking for a peaceful stay, and the staff truly go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. With a bit more attention to detail, this hotel could be a real standout in Hersonissos.

We enjoyed very much our 4 night stay at the hotel. Brand new hotel, situated at the center of Hersonisos. For adults only. We stayed at a superior room, which was big, modern and convenient with a nice veranda. The half board we ordered was quite satisfactory. Breakfast & dinner served at Papico restaurant(situated in front the hotel and belongs to the hotel. A fine Italian restaurant. a rooftop pool & an inner pool by the spa, a nice gym as well. At last i mast inform about Margaret the nice & professional at the reception and we wish her all best.

Nous venons de passer quelques jours dans cet hôtel et nous y avons passé un super séjour. Concernant cet Hôtel, rien à redire sur les chambres fidèles aux photos du site , très agréables et très propres . Le rooftop , très agréable avec vue sur la mer . Nous avons pris la formule demi-pension. A savoir que le petit déjeuner est varié, très copieux salé/sucré (il y avait même du porridge), et fait avec des produits frais . Le repas du soir est sur le principe de propositions de choix sur la carte, les produits sont également frais et bien cuisinés . Merci à Mixallis et Marco pour leur gentillesse et leur sourire. Vu le court séjour, nous n'avons pu tester le SPA au profit de la visite de la Crête. A ce propos, un grand merci à Margerita qui a su nous faire découvrir des coins sympas sur l'ile et qui a été à notre écoute pour nous satisfaire au maximum. Toute l'équipe de l'accueil est avenante et sympathique . Une bonne adresse :)

Very nice and clean hotel ,with high class services , amazing rooftop with infinity pool , and perfect view .The hotel have a gym ,spa and an interior pool .The staff was so kind and nice,the buffet breakfast was amazing ,i highly recommend it

beautiful and clean hotel, nice energy and the staff very helpful. The location of the hotel is close to everything and the restaurant has great food, sometimes if you are lucky you will catch the owner cooking spaghetti with shrimps. Unforgettable vacation with nice flavors and cozy rooms.
