Très bonne situation Très proche du centre à pieds d Héraklion - Par contre hôtel non insonorisé donc assez bruyant Pas de vue de la chambre, vue sur la cour intérieure - Chambre propre mais triste. Suffisant pour une nuit seulement. Place pour la voiture uniquement dans des parkings payants

Habitación incómoda. Escalera peligrosa para subir a la cama y lejos del baño que está en planta baja. No había ninguna persona en recepción, solo solucionaron el check in por teléfono debiendo pagar una llamada costosa por nuestra cuenta. Atención al llegar pésima. El desayuno comienza recién a las 8 am.

The photos on the website don't tell the whole story. The location is not as idyllic as it seems. Our room was a maisonette, with the bed under the ceiling so that I could hardly stand upright. Overall, it could have done with a renovation.

The room is worth the price and is convenient for sightseeing in the city. The hotel staff is kind, but when I went there, the staff was not there after 15:00. Therefore, I had to open the key by myself, but the key was difficult to open. I had to experience the feeling that it would not open every time and I would not be able to enter the room, and finally it opened about 3 times. Then, on the first day, I was the only guest, so I was told that there was no breakfast. The room is not as nice as the pictures. It's not bad, but I can't dare recommend it.

This small hotel is in a great location in Heraklion. Once you have found parking, which is not always easy in the area, it will be the perfect base for visiting the interesting part of the city, because everything is within walking distance. Beyond this, the hotel stands out for the quality of its service and elegance. The rooms are very complete with everything and spacious. In ours there was also a Nespresso machine (with capsules included) and an iron. The bathroom is complete (except for the bidet, absent in all of Crete) and designer, with a splendid double shower with a transparent window towards the bedroom for the more naughty ones (with curtain for the prudish). I won't tell you about breakfast which is a spectacle. A mega buffet will await you in the internal patio (it's just a shame that this area is not left for use by the hotel at other times too). Everything is designer, taken care of down to the smallest detail by the owner's daughter. Very kind staff, but not always present during the day (but available on call). I broke a glass food cover. I expected a raised eyebrow of disappointment. Never failed to smile (they didn't even make me pay). Extremely comfortable beds... Go to San Siro!

It is absolutely not a four star!! We booked this hotel because from the photos and some reviews it seemed very nice and had a good location for walking around the city. In fact, very comfortable but as soon as we entered the room we realized that we had practically been scammed: hotel-style rooms on the 80s motorway (nothing like the photographs), unforgettable bathroom with no hot water, coffee maker not working. Not only do they not provide beach towels (totally acceptable), but upon my request instead of offering me a couple of extra towels they told me to go and buy two at the nearby shop. Unremarkable breakfast with old cakes and hard bread, shocking as they also have their own cafe next door. When we returned to the hotel on the second day the room hadn't even been cleaned, only the bed had been made. The worst thing is to have been made fun of: every business tries to post appealing photos, obviously, but here it is truly a scam. To be totally avoided as there are other hotels in the same area that seem much nicer and with the same price.

It is not a real hotel, but a café bar to which rooms have been attached in the adjacent buildings. Clean rooms, but poor service. The rooms are being redone in some way. We stayed four nights and the bathroom has always been cleaned poorly without soap or towel changes, the bin has never been emptied. Not even made the bed once. The only positive note is the central location.
