It's far away from the core area and doesn't seem to have many tourists, so it's better to stay quiet. The breakfast was pretty good, the public space was large and the environment was comfortable.

Un endroit très agréable, confortable, moderne, spacieux, avec tout ce qu'il faut. Proche du centre-ville, très accessible. Et surtout avec une piscine, ce qui est vraiment un plus après de longues journées sous la chaleur. Personnel très sympathique et agréable. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Je mets un bémol sur la politique tarifaire... Le prix affiché en gros sur la page d'accueil n'est pas celui que l'on paiera puisque c'est le prix du jour et que, selon les dates souhaitées, cela peut aller au moins jusqu'au double. De plus, contrairement à partout ailleurs, l'argent est débité directement à la réservation et ce n'est pas remboursable. Donc soyez sûrs de votre coup.

We visited the hotel at the beginning of March with my wife and 1 year old son. The reservation was made by phone last minute where we were served if I remember correctly by Maria. Very helpful and kind, she greeted us with a smile and was willing to answer all our questions. The hotel is very beautiful and very quiet, offering you all the comforts you can imagine: electronic entry, gym, swimming pool, oven, refrigerator, very nice amenities, bubble baths, etc. One of the most basic facilities is the parking, although we never had any difficulties in find free space around the hotel. Very clean hotel, very close to Heraklion city center. Thank you to all the staff for the perfect stay they offered us. In the top 5 choices of Heraklion, value for money!!!

We booked a room directly on the hotel website the day before our arrival. Unfortunetly my mother in law had a serious accident in Crete, we had to stay with her in the hospital in Rethymno then she was tranporter to Chania hospital the day we were supposed to arrive in this hotel . I called the hotel the day of our arrival to explain our situation. They confirmed they didn’t want to refund us as the amount was already debited…

Staff who show no empathy towards their customers and do not respond to their requests. Bad overall experience. I do not recommend this HOTEL for a stay in Heraklion. No communication possible
