Stayed at Artion for a city break during the weekend and i'm very happy with the choice. Convenient location, very clean and cozy room, super nice inner court, friendly and helpful staff - all this made our short stay in Heraklion a memorable one.

Bellissimo boutique hotel in centro a Heraklion. Comodo per raggiungere in pochi minuti il centro. Non si può parcheggiare nei pressi ma poco lontano c’è un parcheggio 24 ore dove si può lasciare l’auto. Buona la colazione e cortese il personale.

Hôtel moderne, propre et bien situé dans Héraklion (à 5/10 minutes à pied du centre historique). Nous avons trouvé le "self check-in" à l'arrivée un peu impersonnel bien que la réceptionniste soit présente et très agréable. La chambre est vaste et confortable. Mention spéciale pour la qualité de la literie (matelas et oreiller) et les équipements (machine à café, bouteilles d'eau,...). La salle de douche est petite et étrangement agencée par rapport à la chambre. Le balcon était bien appréciable. Le petit déjeuner était varié et avait des options sucrées et salées.

Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins pour que nous nous sentions bien. Je recommande cet hôtel si vous êtes de passage à Héraklion, il est propre et mes chambres sont ravissantes. Le petite déjeuner est correct. La décoration est très jolie.

Hôtel parfait pour une première nuit en Crête. La déco est superbe, l’emplacement est idéale pour découvrir à pied le centre historique et le petit déjeuner était parfait. La propreté, le confort et la gentillesse du personnel nous ont fait passé une très bonne nuit. Une bonne adresse à garder pour un séjour plus long à Heraklion.

The outside of the building is lovely, and the location very good-5/10 minutes walk into the centre of things. The room is as shown on the photographs, although the shower is on one side of the room and the toilet on the other-not exactly ensuite, more within the room, although still 'separate' from the sleeping space. The lighting is a bit modern, colourful LEDs which aren't to my taste, however, they can be switched of, which we did. From what I could tell the only difference between the standard double and the suite (which we booked) is that we had a balcony. As the only view is of the opposite side of the street (in our case a house being renovated) I wouldn't bother paying the extra. The breakfast we found disappointing, considering the price of the hotel. Hot drinks from a machine and reconstituted orange juice are not what I expected in a boutique hotel.

Extremely clean nice decoration excellent service very spacious and cozy room the breakfast was very rich and tasty if there was a better view it could be easily the best boutique hotel I ever visited. I fully recommend it...

Wenn man einen ruhigen Ort in unmittelbarer Nähe zum fröhlichen und aufgeregten Leben in Heraklion sucht, sollte man sich diesem Hotel niederlassen. Dass es erst seit 2019 geöffnet ist, hat den Vorteil, dass alles sehr neu und hochwertig ist. Alle Bewertungen, welche ich vor dem Besuch gelesen habe, entsprechen den Tatsachen. Die Fotos sind ebenfalls authentisch. Das Hotel ist unheimlich schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Service ist ausserordentlich gut und die Mitarbeiterinnen des Hotels sind so freundlich und zuvorkommend, so dass wir uns in den 12 Tagen sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Das Frühstück und auch der Zimmerservice sind perfekt. Wir werden in Heraklion kein anderes Hotel suchen müssen, da wir dorthin zurückkehren werden, wenn wir die wirklich schöne Insel Kreta wieder besuchen.

Un 3 étoiles au standing de 4 ! Hôtel à deux pas du centre-ville d'Héraklion, parfait emplacement : entre calme, petites rues pittoresques et accessibilité. Le staff de l'hôtel est très professionnel et aux petits soins. Les chambres sont originales et décorées avec un goût irréprochable. Ne pas hésiter à y réserver une chambre !
