This hotel was exactly as it was described. We had a great experience. As Americans, we felt very comfortable and safe. The hotel staff was awesome and very friendly. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great location in Heraklion!!!

Süßes kleines Hotel in zentraler Lage. Unser Zimmer im dritte Stockwerk (mit Lift) war klein, aber fein und mit Meerblick. Das Frühstück wird liebevolle zubereitet, auch hier alles vom Feinsten. Fussläufig sind viele nette Lokale. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Für uns war es der perfekte Startpunkt zu unserer Kreta-Rundreise.

Cute boutique stay with prime location
This is a wonderful little boutique hotel. It feels very personal. Rooms are spacious, the bathroom is lovely and modern. The location of the hotel is perfect to walk to the city center, the beach, and museum. Breakfast was yummy.

The staff bent over backward to make us feel comfortable. Nothing short of outstanding. Best experience I have had in Greece. Outstanding service, outstanding courtesy and outstanding facility. I believe it should be given a 4 star.
