Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, εύκολα προσβάσιμο, σε κεντρικό σημείο και εύκολο πάρκινγκ. Η εξυπηρέτηση είναι καταπληκτική και τα δωμάτια περιέχουν όλα όσα πρέπει για να είσαι άνετα και να αισθάνεσαι σαν στο σπίτι σου! Δωμάτιο και μπάνιο καταπληκτικό με πολύ καλά στρώματα και πάντα καυτό νερό! Ευχάριστη έκπληξη παρόλο που το check in ήταν κανονικά στις 15:00 είχαμε την ευκαιρία να μπούμε στο δωμάτιο στις 11:00. Παρόλο που μένουμε Ηράκλειο, με την πρώτη ευκαιρία θα σας επισκεφτούμε ξανά!

No 2 bus stops outside and goes to Knossos and back into town to the Archeological Museum.
Nice restaurant is part of the property, and its staff are very helpful when you are unable to access your room.
But there is no "Reception" to greet you, and if you haven`t caught up with your emails you are unable to get in. When you sit down and search for an email you find it says your booking is no longer valid. However, other kind guests and restaurant staff sorted us out. But we couldn`t get the safe to work, and there was no-one to ask. The room was not cleaned on Sunday but we could not see this in any of the instructions in the room.

Pleasant stay
This is a lovely hotel on the outskirts of Herklion, Crete. It's a very nice property. It has parking but is a distance from the historic district. I'd stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at GD Gallery Suites in Heraklion, Crete, Greece, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with the overall experience this hotel had to offer.
