老闆相當熱情，民宿很有當地風格！周圍離黑龍潭，草海濕地都很近。客房很乾凈，很寬大，都是木質結構有淡淡的香味。

民宿就在新華村村子裏，離黑龍潭公園也很近，走幾步就到寸莊園，附近吃飯的餐館也多，總體來説位置和環境比較好。房間部分設施需要完善一下，其他都很不錯。

家庭房沒有空調衹有電熱毯，現在這個温度的天氣還是有點冷的，出門就是大師巷，去購物還是很方便的，周圍都是比新華村銀飾便宜的首飾店。

那個床睡上去就癢，我們去辦理入住的時候還沒有人接待，等了十來分鐘才有人出來。還不用掃碼辦理入住。床單還是破的，被套也是破的，要是沒有一次性浴巾墊着睡的話，可能渾身都要癢死了。一次性拖鞋也沒有。牆皮也是發黴的，門關不上除非反鎖。

客棧就在銀都水鄉之中，出門遊黑水潭步行几分鈡就到。
客棧外部环境很清幽，古色古香；但內部房間就陳旧了，廁所很細，渠味很大，无空調无風扇，晚上小昆虫很多，不开窗房間很悶焗；房間无提供瓶裝水，水煲又不敢用；无隔音，关窗了晚上早上外面街上的广播声、凌晨隔壁房間談話声都听得不能再清楚，除了价格吸引或喜欢鄉間生活者，或者有更好选择！

房間的床夠大，就是有點響，環境幽雅舒服，被子很厚，老闆很好，衞生間有點小，床頭放的是兩個橙子，衹不過都很不錯了。
