位置就在麗江機場到大理的路旁，很新，服務很到位。缺點就是周邊還沒有建設完工，遠處看去是漂亮的羣山，近處卻是一片工地。

無意間到了鶴慶，被推薦了這家酒店，一進酒店就發現這酒店真的很不錯。在縣城來講，鑫鶴簡直是超級豪華酒店了！
服務人員熱情又不失專業，不僅升級了房型，還贈送了我們第二天的早餐券。
原本定的房型就不小，升級後的房間更大了，直接升成了套間！
房間大、乾淨、設施設備很新。
房間含有免費接送機，服務工作人員在半夜接到我們航班變化的電話立刻調整了第二天送機服務。
這裏的服務人員都很年輕，幹勁很足。都接受了嚴格的培訓。令人滿意。

房間寬敞舒適, 设施很新。訂的是雪山觀景大床房, 陽台看出去是在施工的工地, 有點貨不對版。服務一般, 雖說是五鑽酒店卻沒有職員出來幫忙拿行李。無線網络大部份時候斷網。所幸是訂的套餐有包機場接送, 這服務是非常滿意的。早餐的牛腩米線也很美味。平台上說有洗衣房,其實是不可以給客人用, 洗衣是要另外收費,這是我最不滿意的地方。

房間非常滿意，風景蠻好的，但是就是菜品方面，辣子雞有點鹹，不影響其他菜挺好吃的，價格也很適合，而且還可以延遲退房，非常滿意滿意
