房間設計非常人性化，床也舒適，乾淨整潔！地理位置也十分便利。樓下有咖啡、橙汁，關鍵是橙汁不會太甜，很適合控糖的人。美式咖啡裏面加點橙汁進去特別好喝，可以嘗試一下哦。服務也非常貼心，每一個員工都親切友好！

北海春節由整體感知很差，是廣西出行體驗感最差的，這個酒店離北海很遠，春節住宿緊張而且是自駕就選擇了這。屋子很小挺潮濕的，最主要的是燈光太昏暗了，根本就沒法化粧，啥都看不清，設備陳舊，早餐餐廳一股異味影響食慾，工作人員態度也不是很好，窗户開了以後關不上讓工作人員幫忙，她讓自己管，你們窗户壞的沒有把手開的時候就是工作人員給開的呀，真是服了。全家出行廣西這是住的第三家酒店，跟另外兩家都差很多。

衞生很好，在剛下高速進城的一個十路🍑廣場對面，離商業中心不遠，周邊飯店很少，早餐不太多可吃飽。二號樓服務員不錯很熱情，還送了簡單的下午茶。
延時退房至15：00:這個很好。

很糟糕的一次出差體驗，去拿房説沒有暖氣，現在還有這麼落後的酒店。網絡卡死了。打電話給前台，前台回覆説他的也一樣卡沒辦法。用熱點也不行，鬱悶死了。半夜12點後網絡好點才能工作。😂😂😂
