Wir waren im Goldkind des Goldenen Engel untergebracht und hatten dort das Aqua und das Pratum mit Verbindungstür. Beide waren super schön, modern und freundlich eingerichtet. Durch die Küchenzeile und des Kühlschranks, lässt es sich auch längere Zeit aushalten. Das Frühstück im Goldenen Engel war einfach top! Alles ist mit viel Liebe angerichtet und die Auswahl ist riesig! Auch an Veganer und Vegetarier ist gedacht. Die Eierspeisen werden frisch zubereitet und an den Tisch gebracht. Ebenso Getränke wie Kaffee, Cappuccino oder Tee. Wir wurden so freundlich empfangen und bedient, der Service ist einfach toll und es macht Spaß, so freundliche und zuvorkommende Menschen um sich zu haben. Man kann sich glücklich schätzen, wenn man solche Mitarbeiter hat! Wir können den Goldenen Engel uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

The hotel is in a beautiful area. Our host was very welcoming and helpful. The “spa” room was amazing. We ate dinner at the hotel and our server, Gianna was very helpful in translating the menu and explaining the dishes. Her recommendations were very good! She also answered our questions about the school and health systems of Germany.

Einige Details fehlten für die volle Punktzahl, zB ein Mineralwasser als Willkommensgruss auf dem Zimmer oder eine Kleenex-Box.
Zimmer wurde nicht virgeheitzt und war entsprechend kalt.
Das Essen im Restaurant war hervorragend.

Parkeringspladsen var helt forfærdelig. Den var svær at finde og meget lille. Da vi skulle afsted næste morgen kunne vi ikke komme ud, fordi folk parkerede på kryds og tværs.

Tolles Stadthotel.
Wirklich schönes Stadthotel in der Altstadt von Heppenheim. Lage sehr gut. Parkplätze in der Nähe.

😟 Lage exponiert, aber das Zimmer…
Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt: Direkt am historischen Marktplatz gelegen.
Das Hotel selbst ist ebenfalls historisch, offenbar auch der Staub im Zimmer. Das Zimmer insgesamt macht einen schmuddeligen Eindruck (Gardine nicht fest, gammeliger Teppich vor dem Bett). Das Bad war ok und sauber. Mitbewohner/in: grosse Spinne). Fensterausblick: direkt vor Hauswand des Nachbarhauses (Zimmer 4).
