Mit Öffis gut zuverreichen, da 200 m nahe des Tiefbahnhof der AKN. Ideal wenn in Kaltenkirchen mal wieder ein Most Wanted Festival ist. Super sauber, freundliches Personal. Lecker Frühstück, ich sag Danke.

Ich bin am letzten Freitag angereist Zimmer 225 . In der Nacht wurde ich um vier Uhr wach von unangenehmen krabbeln . Panisch machte ich das Licht an und sah den Grund viele Krabbeltiere überall im Bett einige zerdrückte ich Blut blieb zurück ich erreichte niemand an der Rezeption und den Rest der Nacht verbrachte ich im Sessel mit Licht . Am Morgen teilte ich es der Dame an der Rezeption mit keine Reaktion hatte sich noch nie jemand beschwert . Niemand kam In mein Zimmer nichts . Ich reiste ab und ich bekam am ganzen Körper rote juckende Pusteln mal klein mal dicker , meine Frau rief Sonntag im Hotel an und schilderte die Situation . Die Dame meinte sie können es sich nicht vorstellen wurde sehr unfreundlich und richtig patzig . Man sieht nichts . Bei Tageslicht wahrscheinlich nicht aber im Bett die Blutspuren und die zerdrückten Tiere Ich ging heute zum Arzt Diagnose; Bettwanzen Flohbisse. Ein sehr unangenehmer Aufenthalt nich schlimmer die Reaktion der Mitarbeiterin

Unfreundlich, Zimmer stinken nach Rauch. Das ist eine Absteige. Auftzug funktioniert nicht. Total genervte Servicemitarbeiterin. Direkt wenn die Zimmerkarte nicht funktioniert dann bitte diese Rufnummer anrufen - ABER - oft geht dann keiner ran. Eine Kollegin hat dann auf dem Gang übernachten müssen.
