We stayed at Llanerch Vineyard Hotel for my partner’s birthday and had the best time. Our superior countryside room was spacious, peaceful, and had the most beautiful view over the fields. The bed was incredibly comfortable, like sinking into a cloud. Staff were all warm and helpful, offering service with a smile. A mini bottle of prosecco and macarons in the room were such a thoughtful surprise and really made it feel special. We also did the wine tasting experience and had dinner in the Roots restaurant, both were absolutely perfect. The only downside was how quickly it all went, we just didn’t want to leave!

The setting is stunning and the venue is perfect. All staff members were wonderful and seemed to be very happy with their work. This in turn, made the atmosphere welcoming, thoughtful and calm. We could not have asked for a better stay. The wine tasting was educational and mixed with some of Ryan's humour. Ryan casually added he was the owner. It is clear that Ryan sets the relaxed atmosphere and that he is very proud of the Vineyard and the continued development of the visitor experience. The restaurant was beautifully appointed and the service was amazing. The food was as we had hoped and matched the high standards of the venue. Our room had a stunning view (I think all rooms would due to the careful design). The room was spotless and had everything we needed and more. A peaceful sleep and a comfortable bed. The hotel maintained very good communication before our stay and checked in with us on leaving to ensure that all was good. Wales has a wonderful venue at Llanerch with Ryan and his family/team making the very most of the Welsh countryside and climate whilst ensuring a Welsh welcome to everyone. Would recommend Llanerch to everyone and look forward to another visit.
