This is a fabulous inn and restaurant. We had a quick overnight stay to visit Bodnant gardens and Conwy which are very short drive away . The staff were so friendly and efficient ,nothing was too much trouble. Great rooms with lots of space and fantastic views from both the sofa snd bed ! The food was delicious with plenty of choice and good portions . Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely perfect find. What a beautiful place to stay. I was surprised as to how lovely the hotel was. We stayed in room 9 and it was perfect. We had a small terrace at the back with a table and chairs and it was lovely to sit out there with the lambs coming up to the fence. It was so peaceful. The food was lovely and the pub was nice and quiet. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Perfect stay in the sunshine. We would have no hesitation in recommending this place to stay.

This place was an amazing find! I never expected it to be as good as it turned out to be! It was about 3 miles or so outside Conwy and very easy to find. We were in a twin room (number 4) which had its own little terrace and we were woken up the next morning with sheep and lambs right up against our fence. The weather was superb and we made good use each evening of the terrace to soak up some much needed sun. The food both evenings in the restaurant was excellent and what we liked about the breakfasts was that they were cooked to order. I would have no hesitation in recommending this place to anyone.

Lovely place to stay for a visit to the area. Lovely big rooms and fantastic showers, comfy big beds. Very friendly and accommodating staff who even mailed me a set of earbuds I inadvertently left behind...super service. Lovely food and fully catered for breakfasts. What more could you want. Would definitely use again. Thank you for a home from home visit. Jeff April 23rd.

This was our 3rd stay at the Groes Inn, and it didn’t disappoint. The rooms are comfortable and warm although the bathroom maybe could be updated to walk in showers instead of baths, but that is just my preference. The staff are a credit to the place, friendly and helpful. The food we had was delicious, particularly the Sunday lunch! Loads of parking and EV chargers too! Can’t wait for our next visit!
