The environment is very bad and the hygiene is very poor. There is a strong smell of cigarette smoke when entering the door. Yellow stains can be seen everywhere in the bathroom. Not recommended.

What makes a terrible hotel stay? No breakfast - not even coffee, juice, water? How about a disgustingly dirty bathroom? Not enough for you? How about drunks in the hallways and outside the building all night long every night? This place has all that and more....run-down dirty hallways and lobby area and strange smells.

Just returned home from my 2 day stay at this hotel/motel. My husband booked it online because we had a family funeral to attend. We are very familiar with the "Wyndham" chain and it's standards and amenities. However, this is NOT yet up to the wyndham standard property. It advertises "free breakfast" In actuality what looks like it is supposed to be the breakfast area was piled high with boxes. No biggie. My husband and I always look for local diners for breakfast anyway. Although, coffee would have been nice. There are several diners within minutes of this motel. Also on the minus side was the fact that the soft drink vending machine had no soft drinks and the ice machine(located on the 2nd floor) was also out of ice!! There was a gas station convenience store at the next intersection where we got our needed supplies. The in-room telephone was not connected and on one-side of the room the electrical outlets didn't work. On the plus side the room was pretty much as pictured on the website. This was a very clean looking and smelling building. Conveniently located off major routes and the bed was very comfortable. The water was hot for our morning shower and there was a mini-fridge and a microwave and a flat screen TV. My consternation stems from the fact that on the website they should include an advisory that this location is in transition so' buyer beware' all working parts may not be working yet!

I can't believe Wyndham is putting their name on this place. It was disgustingly dirty and so not ready for guests. I only booked here because they said breakfast was included but when I arrived, the kitchen was being renovated and not ready for breakfast. The manager (or someone in charge) said they would at least have some fruit and juice, etc., in the morning but they didn't even have that. Also, I don't know whose idea it was to install laminate floors in the suites but that person should be fired. It makes the place look like a dorm room and had a very cold feel to it. Not to mention the floors were filthy! I walked around barefoot and then stepped into the shower and was disgusted by the amount of dirt on my feet. Speaking of disgust, the shower wasn't draining so I lifted up the grate covering the drain and almost puked at the amount of long hair that was clogging up the drain. It certainly wasn't mine (I barely have any hair) so obviously the bathroom had not been cleaned properly. There was also this weird stringing substance stuck to the inside of the door with hairs stuck to it. How do the cleaners miss this?? Also, the water coming out of the tap was green then cleared up. The phone was not working in the suite so I had to call long distance from my phone to reach reception to tell them that a bunch of yahoos were yelling and laughing in the parking lot outside my window at 2:41 am)! Last but not least, for the most part, they only had one person working the front desk when the hotel was SOLD OUT. This created a long wait n the lobby. Why would you not have more staff when you know the place is sold out?? Absolutely terrible experience.

Unfortunately, the booking website does not inform you that there is ongoing renovations, Once completed, the facility should be nicer - however, in the meantime many of the amenities you are paying for are not available and the room rate was not discounted. Very disappointing due to dust and limited facilities.

When traveling with kids I always pick a hotel that offers breakfast. According to the reservation site this location offers breakfast. When we arrived we found the hotel to be under construction, no breakfast being served along with stained blankets, sheets and wash cloths.

The property is improving from past visits and hopefully will be finished soon. Currently there is no breakfast as that is the focus of a full demo and rebuild project that makes this a no breakfast services property for the time being. No, not even coffee. In other news, deficiencies noticed in past stays have been addressed and are in good repair, or fully replaced.

Smelt tobacco almost everywhere, AC was noisy - I can’t sleep, there is a bed bug on my bed - transferred to room and the same problem, the linen has stain of blood at first and then they changed it with stain of yellow and said “it’s normal”, the cleaner were loud in conversation, there are a lot of dust and unsafe environment due to smell and ongoing construction

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been to. It was very dirty. We found part of a weave in the bed and the sheets were not clean. It was supposed to have a free breakfast but the kitchen was under construction and we weren’t made aware of this until we checked in. We were not given any kind of refund. The room was barely able to fit the queen size bed because it was so tiny. We were given 3 pillows for 2 people and told they don’t allow anyone to have any extra. The “comforter” on the bed appeared to be a curtain. There was a refrigerator which was the only reason the room was “deluxe” that didn’t fit into the cabinet it was supposed to. Amenities include window shade with bark graphic, one picnic table by the side of the road and broken glass in hallway door. The flagpole was knocked over lying on its side in front of the hotel. Do not stay here!!!!
