I have been a resident at the Innsbrook location of the extended stay of America hotel chain, for about three months now! There is a gentleman who works night shift with the name of Omar who makes me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I was smoking a cigarette and it was about 9 PM. I had the door propped open due to accidentally leaving my room key behind. He proceeded to open the door and lock me out. I was standing directly in front of him after paying over $2100 a month to live here, completely roach infested, no working dishwasher, and the smell of smoke (i’m a cigarette smoker myself, but was not able to deal with the stench in my room). I would NOT recommend this place to anybody! It is literally disgusting!!! The only reason I am here is because I don’t have good enough credit to get an apartment. I really hope management takes care of this situation, or I will take my business elsewhere! Most people like to say, those who live in hotels are trash, but, in reality, I pay double the amount of what the typical person would pay for a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment in Henrico, Virginia. Enough said, I do hope that this matter is taken seriously, and taken care of!

Roach infestation!
I booked 3 rooms for me and my coworkers. Each room had roaches! Management didn’t help. Poor attitude so we booked a different hotel.

This extended stay is by far my favorite. The manager is great and very helpful at what he does for this property. I recommend this home away from home to anyone 10 out of 10. Thanks
